Abstract

Konservasi nilai kepedulian sosial salah satunya bisa ditanamkan melalui kegiatan “Hari untuk Negeri”. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengimplementasikan program bersih desa, donasi sembako, pendampingan belajar dan mengaji, pengembangan bakat dan keterampilan anak-anak, serta penanaman mangrove. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi tahap prakegiatan, yang berisi persiapan pelaksanaan program. Tahap pertama meliputi implementasi program. Tahap kedua adalah pendampingan. Tahap ketiga monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari implementasi program “Hari untuk Negeri” ini masyarakat sangat mengapresiasi pelaksanaan Program “Hari untuk Negeri” yang diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Sosiologi dan Antropologi FIS UNNES. Kegiatan ini dinilai berhasil dalam meningkatkan kebersihan, semangat gotong royong, motivasi belajar siswa, dan kebersamaan masyarakat Desa Tapak. Karang taruna, pemerintah desa, dan perguruan tinggi merupakan triple helix yang bernilai strategis dalam program pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Masyarakat berharap kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dinilai efektif sebagai upaya konservasi nilai kepedulian sosial bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Throughout its journey as an educational forum, the sociology and anthropology education deparment of Universitas Negeri Semarang has graduated 18 batches. The existence of graduates and access to a job must be known by the institution where graduates take their education because the output provided by graduates is a very important indicator of knowing the quality of education organized by the Sociology and Anthropology Education Deparment. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the absorption of the work field of graduates of the Sociology and Anthropology Education Deparment in 2020-2022, (2) to determine the level of satisfaction of alum users with the performance of graduates of the Sociology and Anthropology Education Deparment in 2020-2022. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach and cluster sampling technique in sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the tracer study provide an overview of the 168 alums. 51% of graduates work in education, while as many as 49% work in the non-educational sector, such as entrepreneurs and the government sector. Users of graduates (stakeholders) assessed alum performance with good and very good criteria, especially in the categories of ethics, main competencies, proficiency in the use of information technology, communication, teamwork, and personal development. As many as 21% of the graduates chose to continue their studies. The input submitted was obtained from the existing findings: quality in doing social research, improving foreign language skills, and increasing learning related to religion. This input is given as input for efforts to improve the quality of the next Sociology and Anthropology Education Deparment graduates.

Abstract

Oil mining in Wonocolo Village, Bojonegoro Regency, uses simple technology that can be viewed from an ethnoecological perspective. Although the technology applied is relatively simple, mining activities still cause negative impacts on the environment. However, community knowledge about environmental management can reduce these impacts. The research method used was qualitative with an observation, interview and literature study approach, involving the village head, mine workers, mine owners and the surrounding community. The results showed that the community has a deep understanding of the ecosystem and oil mining practices. They try to maintain the balance of nature through developed customary norms, such as planting trees and soaking wells after use. This practice reflects the concept of ethnoecology, in which the community tries to maintain harmony between the natural and social environment. This high ecological awareness indicates the important role of local traditions in reducing the negative impacts of mining activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran seni sebagai katalis dalam pembentukan literasi dan karakter anak melalui studi fenomenologi pada Komunitas Lanang Wadon di Semarang. Pendidikan literasi dan karakter menjadi fondasi penting dalam pembentukan individu yang kompeten dan bermoral. Namun, pendidikan formal sering kali kurang optimal dalam mengembangkan kedua aspek ini. Komunitas Lanang Wadon menggunakan seni pertunjukan sebagai media untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai literasi dan karakter pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis fenomenologis interpretatif. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Teori pembelajaran eksperiensial David A. Kolb digunakan sebagai kerangka analisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan SINOM (Sinau Dolanan Lan Makaryo) yang menggabungkan belajar, bermain, dan berkarya melalui seni pertunjukan dan permainan tradisional dapat meningkatkan literasi, kreativitas, dan karakter anak. Kegiatan komunitas berdampak positif pada perkembangan kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional, dan fisik-motorik anak. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang potensi integrasi seni dalam pendidikan non-formal untuk meningkatkan literasi dan karakter anak.
