Abstract

Today every government organization is expected to improve the performance of its employees in order to provide the best service to the community. To achieve this goal, human resources are needed who have skills in accordance with their respective fields. Likewise, the object of research carried out at the Talawi District Office. he purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence of compensation, leadership and organizational culture on the performance of Talawi sub-district employees to all 30 employees. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews and observations. Then the data is processed using the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) analysis technique.The results showed that compensation had a positive effect on employee performance with X1 of 0.144, leadership had a positive effect on performance with X2 of 0.014, and work culture had a positive effect on performance with X3 of 0.945.

Abstract

Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Wisatawan Berkunjung Ke Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat wisatawan berkunjung ke kota Bukittinggi. Faktor tersebut antara lain wisata sejarah, wisata budaya, wisata alam, wisata kuliner. Untuk memperoleh tujuan penelitian digunakan data primer dan sekunder dari objek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Diperoleh hasil bahwa wisata budaya, wisata sejarah, wisata alam, dan wisata kuliner memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat wisatawan berkunjung ke Kota Bukittinggi. Disarankan bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan dan melestarikan wisata budaya seperti kerajinan tangan tenun songket khas daerah bukittinggi, menjaga dan mempertahankan keberadaan benda-benda arkeolog sebagai objek wisata sejarah, menjaga dan mempertahankan kelestarian lingkungan alam yang pada dasarnya sudah sangat baik hingga mencegah terjadinya degradasi lingkungan alam di Bukittinggi yang terkenal dengan kesejukannya dan serta memperhatikan dan menjamin kualitas produk kuliner khas Kota Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process and results of INSAN UTAMA service policy implementation in Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. Qualitative methods were used to identify the drivers of INSAN UTAMA service policy implementation from the perspectives of policymakers and service users in Payakumbuh City. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results found that the process of implementing the INSAN UTAMA service policy was carried out by the INSAN UTAMA service coordination team, namely the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) and the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag), with the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) as the technical implementer. INSAN UTAMA service users obtained accelerated issuance of identity cards, such as identity cards (KTP) and family cards (KK), shortly after the marriage contract was held. Service users were satisfied with the performance of the INSAN UTAMA service. The INSAN UTAMA service can be a model for Disdukcapil in other districts or cities. The research implications emphasize the importance of communication in the substance of a policy. Through communication, it will be easier to mobilize both human resources, information, authority, and necessary facilities. Bureaucratic structure and disposition also play an important role in determining the success of implementing a policy.
