To reveal the efforts that can be made by consumers for legal protection for online game players for payment for purchases of Mobile Legend game accounts.This research was conducted using the empirical method which is a legal research method that functions to be able to see the law in a real sense by examining how law works in a community environment, so the empirical legal research method can also be said to be sociological legal research.Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following results are obtained: That the implementation of legal protection for online game players for paying for purchases of Mobile Legend game accounts has not been felt by consumers, this can be seen from the many cases of inconvenience experienced by consumers who buy legend mobile game accounts due to payment problems. which sometimes have been paid but are still declared to have not paid and consumers sometimes experience loss of payment money and this is not in accordance with what is in Article 4 paragraph 1 of the UUPK which states that Consumers have the right to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods or services. Whereas the factors causing legal protection for online game players not to be implemented for paying for purchases of Mobile Legend game accounts consist of external factors and internal factors, namely external factors according to game account providers are caused by unstable internet conditions when making payments so that funds are not received smoothly so that it will result in the payment process not going well, while for the internal factors themselves, sometimes consumers themselves do not understand the process of buying a lagend car game account. Untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab belum dilaksanakannya perlindungan hukum terhadap pemain game online atas pembayaran pembelian akun game Mobile Legend. Untuk mengungkapkan upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh konsumen terhadap perlindungan hukum terhadap pemain game online atas pembayaran pembelian akun game Mobile Legend.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode empiris adalah suatu metode penelitian hukum yang berfungsi untuk dapat melihat hukum dalam artian nyata secara meneliti bagaimana kerjanya hukum disuatu lingkungan masyarakat, maka metode penelitian hukum empiris juga dapat dikatakan sebagai penelitian hukum sosiologis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Bahwa pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap pemain game online atas pembayaran pembelian akun game Mobile Legend belum dirasakan oleh konsumen hal ini dapat terlihat dari banyaknya kasus ketidaknyamanan yang dialamai oleh konsumen yang membeli akun game mobile lagend karena persoalan pembayaran yang terkadang sudah di bayar tapi masih dinyatakan belum membayar serta konsumen terkadang mengalami kehilangan uang pembayaran dan hal ini tidak sesuai dengan apa yang ada pada Pasal 4 ayat 1 UUPK yang menyebutkan bahwa Konsumen Hak atas kenyamanan, keamanan, dan keselamatan dalam mengkonsumsi barang atau jasa. Bahwa faktor penyebab belum dilaksanakannya perlindungan hukum terhadap pemain game online atas pembayaran pembelian akun game Mobile Legend adalah terdiri dari faktor eksternal dan faktor internal yaitu faktor eksternal menurut pihak penyedia akun game adalah disebabkan oleh kondisi internet yang tidak stabil saat pembayaran sehingga dana tidak diterima dengan lancar sehingga akan mengakibatkan proses pembayaran tidak berjalan dengan baik sedangkan untuk faktor internal sendiri terkadang konsumen sendiri yang tidak memahami proses pembelian akun game mobil lagend.
