Abstract

The train is a means of land transportation that is most in demand by the public to connect the central city with the surrounding cities which must be balanced with facilities in the form of adequate stations. The purpose of this study was to see the public's perception of the quality of the Manggarai Station during work hours. The research began by identifying public perceptions of Manggarai Station using the survey method by filling out questionnaires distributed through social media which resulted in statements that Manggarai Station was good enough in service and needed to improve facilities, security and the train fleet so as not to make passengers have to wait long to get their trains. the appropriate route to the destination.

Abstract

Indonesia's logistics facilities can be said to be far from qualified. Compared to other countries,the quality and quality of logistics in Indonesia can be said to be very weak. One of the main factors causing Indonesia's weak logistics is the deplorable condition of the roads. Weak logistics in Indonesia has an impact on the national economic. Based on data quoted from the LPI (Logistic Performance Index), it can be seen that in 2018, Indonesia has an LPI of 3.15. This makes Indonesia ranked backward within the scope of ASEAN, which is ranked 5th and ranked 46th out of 160 member countries of the World Bank. The results of the discussion in this journal will focus on the weak quality of logistics facilities in Indonesia so that conclusions can be drawn in the form of efforts to improve the quality of logistics facilities with the aim of avoiding further impacts on the economy of society and the country. In writing, this journal uses descriptive qualitative research methods using books, journals and websites related to the topic of discussion, by practicing literature study data collection techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of human resources in the transportation sector in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study show that good human resource efficiency can improve quality in the transportation sector through three main aspects, namely the recruitment and selection of the right workforce, continuous employee training and development, and adequate employee appreciation and motivation. This research implies that good human resource efficiency can improve quality in the transportation sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This publication aims to evaluate KRL Commuter Line passengers specifically for women. This research was conducted using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to female KRL Commuter Line passengers on the Jabodetabek route. This study shows that after the introduction of women-only carriages on all Commuter Line KRL Jabodetabek routes, the level of passenger satisfaction has increased. Especially during peak hours, respondents said they felt safer and more comfortable while commuting. However, some respondents also mentioned problems with seat addiction and a lack of attention to hygiene in the women-only carriages.
