Oil palm rejuvenation in Indonesia is contained in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN), in which oil palm rejuvenation continues to contribute significantly to the drive for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The role of the training assistant is as facilitating the learning process, a source of assistance information, solving problems, coaching, monitoring, and evaluating farmer activities. Assistance in oil palm rejuvenation that is carried out correctly and consistently, then the level of farmer satisfaction will also be high which will have an impact on the quality of farmers. Gapoktan Mitra Bersama farmers' satisfaction is very important to be evaluated for assistance with oil palm rejuvenation in Central Bangka Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine farmers' satisfaction with the accompaniment of oil palm rejuvenation in the villages of Puput and Simpang Katis in Central Bangka Regency. The data collection method used a questionnaire. This research is an analytic survey research using cross sectional method. The sample was determined using the non-probability sampling method using the consecutive sampling method, the data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using SPSS program assistance using the Pearson Product Moment formula. The results of the study obtained a p-value of 0.00, there was a relationship between farmer satisfaction with oil palm replanting counseling, and the Pearson Product Moment Test obtained a Pearson Correlation value of 0.970, there was a positive relationship between oil palm farmer satisfaction with oil palm rejuvenation counseling with perfect correlation.
