Abstract

RSUD Dr Iskak Tulungagung telah melaksanakan perpindahan SIRS VI pada tahun 2013. Kejadian terlambatnya pengiriman pelaporan eksternal saat pengumpulan data pelaporan eksternal masih terdapat kendala disebabkan karena aplikasi SIMRS yang tidak dapat menghasilkan format pelaporan RL4. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang prosedur queri dengan menggunakan perintah SQL melalui tahapan Data Extraction. Dengan parameter ukur berupa waktu proses (running time) sampai dengan menghasilkan data dengan formal laporan RL 4a dan RL4b. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer serta data sekunder. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan query pada pengolahan data dengan jumlah record yang sangat banyak serta berbagai parameter yang diberikan memberikan hasil tingkat efektivitas waktu proses (running time) yang sangat baik, yaitu untuk RL4b diperlukan waktu 9 menit 45 detik sedangkan untuk RL4a diperlukan waktu 5 menit 12 detik dengan tingkat validitas data yang dihasilkan yaitu 100 % valid.

Abstract

Workload problems are common in the health sector, one of which is at RSI Aminah, Blitar City. Workload problems are often found in the healthcare, which include manual calculation, a lack of awareness of the formula for workload calculation analysis, and infrequent evaluation, which lead to unbalanced loads. The information system is a solution that serves as a workload analysis calculation tool. Therefore, the researcher designed an Android-based WMA (Workload Measurement Analysis) application. The WMA application was developed using the waterfall system method, which consists of stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. This application displays several features, including the login menu, homepage, learn, input data, conclusion, and history. In the homepage display, there are three preferred methods for calculating workloads: the WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) method and ABK-Kes (Workload Analysis for Healthcare Industry) method for the healthcare sector. The WMA application was tested using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method. Thus, it can be concluded that the informants are very satisfied with the ease and usefulness variables of the WMA (Workload Measurement Analysis) application. The WMA application is ready to be used in the healthcare sectors to help analyze workload calculations. Keywords: WMA application, TAM method, workload calculation.

Abstract

Aminah Islamic Hospital in Blitar City has workload problems, including calculations that are still done manually, long workload calculation formulas that also make it difficult for officers to carry out monitoring, rarely do evaluations resulting in uneven workloads, and. In this 4.0 era, it is possible to have an information system to assist in the process of calculating workload analysis. In making an information system analysis is needed according to user needs. Needs analysis is useful for determining what information systems should be done in a problem solving. This is done to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of the Android-based WMA (Workload Measurement Analysis) application for calculating workload analysis at RSI Aminah Blitar. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study resulted in an analysis of the needs of the WMA application using an Android-based smartphone. The WMA application menu consists of a login display, data input, conclusion, and history so as to produce a WMA application that fits user needs to calculate workload requirements analysis at RSI Aminah Blitar.
