Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis terhadap suatu masalah dengan mengumpulkan fakta-fakta, penentuan matang dari alternatif yang di hadapi sebagai permasalahan, Dataset tersebut adalah dataset yang akan digunakan dalam eksperimen dengan variable rata-rata nilai ujian nasional, rata-rata nilai raport, jumlah nilai raport. Beberapa hasil eksperimen telah menggunakan algoritma AHP yang menfokuskan pada studi kasus dilokasi penelitian dengan dengan tambahan variable dari penelitian sebelum sehingga dapat berkontribusi dan menjadi bahan pertimbangan keputusun bagi pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan potensi bakat siswa di SMPN 1 Tomilito Gorontalo Utara, proses perhitungan bobot kriteria untuk melihat tingkat kepentingan masing-masing dan antar kriteria dalam dataset maka maka dapat dihitung antara Nilai UN dengan Nilai UN =1 , Nilai UN dengan Nilai Raport = 3, Nilai UN dengan Nilai MP=3, Nilai Raport dengan Nilai UN = 0,3333, Nilai Raport dengan Nilai Raport=1, Nilai Raport dengan Nilai MP=2, Nilai MP dengan Nilai UN=0,3333, Nilai MP dengan Nilai Raport=0,5, Nilai MP dengan Nilai MP =1, hasil perangkingan dari perhitungan bobot, akan dijadikan data pertimbangan dan rekomendasi sebagai system pendukung keputusan ini untuk mengarahkan bakat sesuai prioritas rangking dari hasil perangkingan pengarahan bakat siswa.

Abstract

Pengolahan limbah kelapa di gorontalo utara umumnya diolah secara tradisional yang tidak jelas kualitasnya, sehingga menyebabkan keragaman olahan limba kelapa sangat tinggi. Penumpukan Limbah kelapa dan pengelolaan yang tidak memenuhi standar sehingga tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat. Pada permasalahan ini maka diperlukan adanya Pembinaan kepada para petani kelapa di gorontalo utara. Oleh karena itu menyajikan pembuatan aplikasi kepada petani kelapa dalam bentuk e-commerce yang mampu memberikan kemudahan menjual untuk para petani kelapa dengan tampilan yang menarik. E-commerce yang terdapat dalam bentuk aplikasi android, fokus penelitian untuk merancang e-commerce penjualan melalui handphone dalam memasarkan produk arang tempurung dari limbah kelapa.  Sehingga pada penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang menjadi fokus penelitian untuk menangani tentang kesulitan para petani kelapa memasarkan produk arang tempurung dari limbah kelapa dan masih banyak petani yang sulit memaksimalkan pemasaran di internet melalui handphone. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah perancangan e-commerce dengan media internetnya adalah handphone, sehingga permasalahan pada penerapan e-commerce arang tempurung menjadi mudah untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil penelitian ini setelah perancangan e-commerce ini dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengatasi kesulitan memasarkan produk turunan kelapa atau produk limbah kelapa yang telah memberikan nilai ekonomi dan sebagai sumber alternatif penghasilan ekonomi keluarga atau komunitas masyarakat pada aspek pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Problems the Topic of the final project is a form of scientific writing that contains the results of observations from a study of the problems that occur with the use of methods related to the particular field of science. Every student in every program of study must draw up a final project. However, before embarking on writing the final project, each student must have the topic area as a destination, the step of selection the topic of final project is an initial step before working on the final task. One way to get the final task is to see the value of general courses as well as courses, concentration majors, the value of which dominate the is is decent to scope the research topic. this research is conducted on the application of the method of K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) for categorization of the value of the courses of concentration for the coverage of the research topic, topic the entire value in the dataset will be classified by KNN and in the optimization with the Particle swarm Optimization algorithm (PSO). The experimental categorization of the final project is built with the training data Mahasiswa Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo that has been classified previously and test data derived from the entire value of the courses is not yet known categories. The results of the experiments, the value of the resulting accuracy of algorithms KNN, namely the value of the best accuracy with K=3, K Folds = 10 has an accuracy that is 72.46% and the Algorithm of KNN-PSO best accuracy with K=3, K Folds = 10 has an accuracy that is 89.86%, shows the accuracy is better by using the optimization algorithm

Abstract

Nationally, Indeks has entered the demographic bonus era since 2012 and is predicted to end in 2037. The demographic Bonus is the period during which 100 productive people are dependent on the unproductive population of a country below 50. The results of the 2020 population census recorded that the population in Gorontalo province reached 1,171,681 people, a data source from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Gorontalo province. Not increasing opportunities in such a rapid digital era makes employment decline, especially in labor-intensive activities. On the other hand, the advancement of information technology opens up many new business opportunities. This is the challenge of this nation in welcoming the demographic bonus. Demographic Bonus in Gorontalo. The problem of the impact of the demographic bonus in addition to the ongoing covid 19 pandemic also holds many problems that will also have an impact on uneven economic recovery, unemployment,stunting, and poor nutrition. The government’s efforts to overcome and control population growth have had an impact on changes in the demographic structure of the population in Gorontalo. The purpose of this study is to produce a product description of knowledge pattern analysis of population data in the province of North Gorontalo from data extraction with machine learning algorithms. Clustering analysis, the experimental results with K-Means model k value with the best bouldin indeks feature is at K=3, for classification analysis with decision tree model of the demographic dataset of North Gorontalo region has an accuracy of 89.29% while using the random forest model reaches 100% accuracy.

Abstract

Pemilihan Pegawai terbaik di kantor Pengadilan Agama Kwandang masih kurang baik. Salah satu solusi, memilih Pegawai Terbaik di lingkungan Pengadilan Agama Kwandang adalah dengan membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK).Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam menentukan Pegawai Terbaikdi kantor Pengadilan Agama Kwandang dan menerapkan Sistem pendukung Keputusan dalam menentukanPegawai Terbaik di kantor Pengadilan Agama Kwandang. Dengan penggunaan metode Annalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membantu pihak Kantor Pengadilan Agama dalam pemilihan pegaiwai terbaik dengan menentukan nilai Bobot dari setiap Kriteria serta melakukan perbandingan berpasangan untuk memperoleh hasil perengkingan pada pegawai, kriteria yang digunakan yaitu Kriteria Masa Kerja, Kehadiran, Kedisiplinan, dan Prestasi dari hasil pengolahan 15 pegawai sebagai sempel diperoleh hasil pegawai yang nilainya baik dan telah di uji pada pegawai untuk menentukan pegawai terbaik

Abstract

The provision of latrine assistance addresses problems to the community and is at the same time one of the important efforts in improving sanitation and Public Health. The Titidu village government has provided toilet assistance to underprivileged communities since 2015 with a total of 25 RTM. From the results of data collection in Titidu Village, the following data are presented on the recipients of Titidu Village latrines for the last three years 2017 to 2019.in the process of determining the acceptance of latrine assistance still makes it difficult for the Titidu village government which allows problems to occur in data processing, namely determining that people cannot afford to receive latrine assistance amid the large number of data on the underprivileged population in Titidu Village. In this study will design a Decision Support System for latrine recipients using the AHP method and as a Decision Support System to determine the recipient of latrine assistance, that the system for determining the recipient of latrine assistance will be used by the Admin, village government and Village Head. The Admin is titidu village staff in charge of inputting criteria data and the assessment selection process, the admin can also access the data of latrine recipients and get the selection results. The user of the Pemdes system is the head of the Government section in charge of inputting data on latrine recipients, and the other system user is the head of Titidu village who will receive the results of the selection of latrine aid recipients. the results of this study are by using 60 data and experimental results of recipients with ranked weighting, 5 people who deserve to be given toilet assistance according to the highest to lowest weighting results, namely Djafar Polamolo, Suleman Amir, Azis Laiya, Wani Paliki and Yunus Ibrahim. And also have obtained the performance and effectiveness of Decision Support Systems latrine beneficiaries using the method Analitycal Hierachy Process (AHP).
