Abstract

Oluhuta Village, including villages in the Tomini Bay area. Oluhuta village is the eighth village of nine villages in the Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province. Servants bring the KKN MBKM program as a form of the tri dharma of Higher Education to educate the nation's life. The problem faced by the village of Oluhuta is that MSMEs in Oluhuta Village still have deficiencies in designing the packaging logo for the products they produce, namely skipjack tuna, so they are less attractive to buyers for transactions. The methods used in this community service program are 1) location observation surveys, 2) interviews, 3) coaching. The results of the dedication to the Oluhuta village community Helping creative, innovative and more modern Oluhuta villagers who become entrepreneurs to improve the economy of the village community, especially MSME actors

Abstract

The percentage of people who are negatively affected financially by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is very large, so this has an impact on reducing fishermen's household income. Through the service of lecturers who are funded independently, fish preparations, namely fish balls and fish nuggets, will be practiced in an effort to increase the income of households and fishermen groups so that this is a solution and another alternative to increase income and fulfill the nutritional needs of families in Botutonuo Village, Kabila District Bone, Bone Bolango Regency. It is hoped that this can change people's habits to become more productive, namely developing the fish caught by fishermen into products with higher selling value.The aim of implementing this service is a) to increase the income of fishing families and groups and to meet the nutritional needs of fishing families. b). improve skills in processing meatballs and fish nuggets among housewives and young women. This goal can be realized through various solution actions including: (1) mentoring about food and nutrition in general, (2) Counseling about the nutritional composition and benefits of fish, (3) Counseling about various processed fish-based products (4) Training on processing fish into meatballs and fish nuggets and their marketing strategies in an effort to increase the income of the fishing community in Botutonuo Village, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency.The method used to achieve this goal is to provide training and assistance to the community by transferring knowledge. This method is to provide knowledge on how to make meatballs and nuggets made from fish, accompanied by methods, techniques and marketing strategies. The target of this training is mothers and young women who are given assistance so that they can have life skills that can increase the income of families and fishing groups as well as provide knowledge about the nutrition found in fish.

Abstract

This internship activity aims to understand and implement village accounting knowledge obtained in college. This program is run as part of the PPKM Dikti grant program. The placement of this MBKM internship program is located in Ulantha Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. Ulantha Village was chosen because the village was a village that received a certificate awarded as the village with the third best financial management. This internship activity was carried out from August 19, 2022 to September 19, 2022. The basic methods used in this internship activity are the investigation stage, the provision stage, the implementation stage and finally the evaluation stage. In financial management in this application, it starts from planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The results of the internship practice showed that student participants were able to carry out the village financial management process well and until completion. This program is still expected to be carried out continuously as a provision for students to carry out work practices in the village.

Abstract

Gorontalo as a province that includes the Tomini Bay area, makes this area have residents who use the sea as a livelihood. Botutunuo Village as one of the nine villages located in Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency, has its own attraction as a village located on the coast of the Tomini Bay area. Not only as fishermen, many culinary business actors use this coastal area as a place for beach tourism businesses. The service team saw the great potential of marine products obtained by fishermen, one of which was tuna. This community service aims to increase the income of culinary business actors, namely MSMEs who have stalls around the tourist area of Botutunuo village and share the knowledge of the service team in processing tuna into fish balls. The enthusiasm of culinary business actors in Botutunuo Village is illustrated by the attraction of the participants in listening and seeing the direct practices demonstrated by the service team. The results of this service are expected to be able to encourage increasing the income of fishermen and MSME culinary business actors in Botutunuo village to sell their goods to tourists who visit coastal tourist sites and help improve the welfare of the village community to increase their economic income.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) on the quality of financial reports in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of Gorontalo Province. SIPD is implemented as an effort to increase transparency, accountability and efficiency in regional financial management. This research uses a quantitative approach with statistical analysis methods to examine the relationship between SIPD implementation and the quality of financial reports. The research results show that the implementation of SIPD has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports in the Gorontalo Province OPD. Factors such as human resource skills, technological infrastructure, and regulatory effectiveness also contribute to the success of SIPD implementation. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing information systems in supporting more transparent and accountable financial governance in regional government environments.

Abstract

The MBKM KKN program carried out by students is part of the successful implementation of the third tridharma of higher education. The aim of this additional program is to support village administrative facilities towards progress and modernization. The problem faced by partners is that partners still need administrative improvements in the form of improving financial file equipment, improving village documentation which is arranged using digital documentation and improving tax administration in the village. The methods used in this program are 1) in-depth observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation, 4) technical guidance/mentoring. The results of this service to the community in Oluhuta village can be said to be that the program to improve village administrative facilities is progressing 85% in a positive direction for public service facilities. This program still needs to be continued considering the complexity of the tasks carried out by village officials and the need for continuous assistance.

Abstract

Regional Regulation no. 1 of Bone Bolango Regency in 2024 concerning regional taxes and regional levies states in article 3 concerning PBB-P2 that Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax is a type of district/city tax, so that the Government has the authority to collect Land and Building Tax, especially the Urban sector. The phenomenon found by the servants in the field was complaints from village officials regarding the failure of village programs to run according to expectations because assistance had been provided to the community. The lecture and discussion method of this activity was carried out in one core program activity carried out at the Oluhuta village office in October 2022 which was carried out face-to-face and there was direct interaction with participants, namely Individual Taxpayers (WP OP) of the Oluhuta village community after students conducted field observations related to the data needed before the implementation of the core activity. Door to Door Assistance Method: This method is carried out by students after participants receive material related to the socialization of the importance of PBB-P2 tax compliance. This activity is carried out for one week after the core activity. The results of this community service activity are that the government is expected to involve the private sector in conducting in-depth studies on sources of local revenue, including how to manage them by involving research and assessment institutions and collaborating with universities to carry out activities for village communities.

Abstract

This partnership-based community service activity lasted for 4 months as a form of independent learning internship at the MBKM independent campus. By carrying out the program on the importance of the village website for villages in the Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, the service team realized the Oluhuta village website creation program, where this village is located in the Tomini Bay area of Gorontalo province. The purpose of making the Oluhuta village website is not just to introduce Oluhuta village to the public, but also to gather information about villages with village potential.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Raharja Village apparatus in accountability of village fund management. The data in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data sources were obtained from the observation, interview and documentation stages. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the role of village apparatus in accountability of village fund management in Raharja Village, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency in 2024 as a whole can be considered to have run well. This is proven by the village apparatus who have carried out their duties in managing village funds well. However, there are several tasks that are carried out by other village officials due to a lack of understanding in the village officials concerned. Such as in the preparation of expenditure transaction reports that should be carried out by the treasurer, but are instead carried out by the secretary. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of knowledge and skills of village officials to support their performance in running the village government.

Abstract

The Liga 1 Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) is an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom through structured internship activities. The Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) internship program is designed to equip students with readiness to enter the business and industrial world (DUDI), as well as implement course theory through hands-on work practice in the field. The MBKM internship activity which was carried out in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency, aimed to provide real experience to students in village financial management. Bongo Village was chosen as the location of the internship because of its reputation as the best village in the region. The intern students converted the courses that had been programmed with the practice of implementing the village financial system based on the Siskeudes application. Through this activity, students not only understand the theory of public financial management, but also gain technical and social skills in interacting with village officials and the community. The results of the internship activities show that students are able to understand and operate the Siskeudes system effectively. The knowledge and skills gained are expected to be implemented in nine other villages in Bone Bolango District, as a form of real contribution to more transparent and accountable village financial governance. This program proves that collaboration between universities and village governments can have a positive impact on human resource capacity building and village governance. Thus, MBKM internships are a strategic means in supporting the transformation of higher education that is relevant to the needs of the community and regional development.
