Abstract

Abstract

The economic empowerment of Islamic boarding schools is a form of dawah bil hal as well as a form of concrete implementation of their knowledge and can be an alternative and solution to the problems of balanced and resilient economic development in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the Islamic boarding school's economy, the obstacles encountered and the solutions implemented in empowering the Islamic boarding school's economy through sharia-based business units at the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School, Narmada, West Lombok Regency. This research method uses qualitative research with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the management of the pesantren economy through sharia-based business units at the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School, Narmada, West Lombok Regency is carried out by carrying out planning which includes: determining the priority of the Islamic boarding school business work program, formulating goals to be achieved and adjusting the Islamic boarding school work program . Then organizing, actuating and controlling. Islamic boarding school economic management through these sharia-based business units such as mini banks and NH-Marts. Constraints faced include that some products are not yet known to the general public, there is still a lack of capital and a lack of human resources both in terms of knowledge and skills. Solutions made to overcome the obstacles faced are carried out by holding exhibitions, increasing human resources such as entrepreneurship training, bookkeeping, managerial, leadership and carrying out technical guidance and applying the 5C + 1S system, namely character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition and sharia.

Abstract

Nature or the environment cannot be separated from the social life of society. The actualization of environmental fiqh education (fiqh al-bi'ah) in society is considered capable of minimizing problems in forest area environmental cases. This research aims to find out about understanding public to draft education jurisprudence environment (Fiqh Al- bi'ah) in society area forest Village Gang, education jurisprudence environment conducted in schools/madrasah and analyze actualization education Fiqh Al- bi'ah in society area forest Village Gang. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The community already has awareness and is able to properly manage the forest area environment in accordance with Islamic teachings and applicable regulations. This study concludes, the actualization of environmental law education (fiqh al-bi'ah) in the forest area community of Genggelang Village includes: First, Understanding of the Forest Area Community Village Gangbang To Draft Jurisprudence Environment (Fiqh Al- Bi'ah ), As for what is obtained , researchers find a number of perspective about understanding public to draft education jurisprudence environment ie Perspective public intellectual or educated is society that has base education from medium on until college high . Then own more knowledge in field general nor religion. Second, Fiqh Education Environment in Schools /Madrasahs, and Third, Actualization of Jurisprudence Education Environment (Fiqh Al- Bi'ah) in Forest Area Communities Village Gang.

Abstract

Zakat is an important instrument in alleviating poverty, considering the large potential of zakat both locally and nationally. This law stipulates that zakat management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services in zakat management and increase the benefits of zakat to realize community welfare and reduce poverty. This research aims to find out how to apply the principles of customer focus, process improvement, and total involvement for the components of leadership, employee loyalty, and partner involvement. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data comes from Baznas leaders and implementers, while secondary data is collected from East Lombok Regency Baznas zakat management documents and related research or scientific work. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings from this research show that: 1. Baznas East Lombok Regency has provided good services to Muzakki and Mustahiq. 2. In terms of improving the Baznas process, East Lombok Regency has carried out improvement steps every year which cover four existing areas, namely process improvement in the field of collection, process improvement in the distribution and utilization field, process improvement in the field of planning and reporting and process improvement in the field of administration, HR and general fields. 3. Regarding total involvement, Baznas East Lombok Regency has involved leaders, amilin, and partners in managing zakat.
