Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial pengaruh pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani padi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah kesejahteraan petani padi, sedangkan variabel independen adalah pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani padi yang ada di desa marisa dengan sampel yang di gunakan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu 40 responden. data dalam penelitian ini di ambil menggunakan kuesioner yang di sebarkan kepada petani padi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear beganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diduga pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani padi di desa marisa kecamatan basidondo kabupaten tolitoli. Namun, setelah melewati penelitian pendapatan tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesejahteraan dan konsumsi rumah tangga berpengaruh secaara positif terhadap kesejahteraan petani padi di desa marisa kecamatan basidondo kabupaten tolitoli.

Abstract

Financial literacy education from an early age is a strategic step in shaping children’s character, discipline, and independence. This community service program was implemented at SDN Kabinuang with a focus on fostering a saving culture among elementary school students through simple, practical, and engaging approaches. The implementation methods included interactive material delivery, discussions, and hands-on saving practices using a class piggy bank managed collectively. Teachers played the role of facilitators who motivated students, while parents contributed by encouraging children to bring savings money every day. The results of the program indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding and habits in managing pocket money. Most students were able to set aside a portion of their allowance for savings and demonstrated more controlled spending behavior. Moreover, the program instilled social values such as cooperation, solidarity, and mutual care among peers. Therefore, the saving program at an early age proved to be effective not only in building financial awareness but also in shaping positive character development beneficial for students’ future.

Abstract

Tempeh is one of Indonesia's traditional foods that holds high nutritional value and significant economic potential, especially when managed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This community service activity focused on the development of local tempeh businesses in Lemba Harapan Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency, to enhance MSME capacity through strengthening product identity and utilizing social media as a means of digital promotion. The implementation method employed a participatory and educational approach, including field surveys, label design, technical assistance in label application, and training on social media management. The results of the activity showed that business actors successfully developed a product identity in the form of business labels and logos, acquired basic skills in branding, and utilized social media to expand their marketing reach. Furthermore, the active involvement of business owners in each stage of the activity indicated increased motivation and independence in developing their businesses. This initiative has had a positive impact on strengthening the competitiveness of local tempeh businesses. The simple yet targeted mentoring model can be replicated in other micro-enterprises as a strategy to support MSME empowerment and sustainable rural economic development.
