Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diselenggarakan 2023 di Kelurahan Pasir Impun Kota Bandung. Tujuan Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait pelayanan publik dalam pemerintahan yang baik di kelurahan Pasir Impun Kota Bandung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan mensosialisasikan pentingnya administrasi pribadi, pelayanan publik, serta demonstrasi pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian dihadiri oleh warga kelurahan pasir impun, forum RT dan RW. Metode yang digunakan pada sosialisasi yaitu metode ceramah. Ceramah dilakukan sebagai metode dalam pemaparan materi. Metode diskusi dilakukan setelah pemaparan materi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sarana bagi warga dalam bertanya dan berdiskusi. Serta metode demonstrasi yang dilakukan sebagai bentuk percobaan untuk memberikan gambaran kepada masyarakat terkait pelayanan publik yang bisa didapatkan. Percobaan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

The study is titled Principal Leadership in empowering Certified Teachers Grade School Teachers Toward the SMP location in Lembang district. West Bandung. The investigations using descriptive qualitative analytical research methods, data collection techniques with interview, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study as follows: 1 ) Head SMP Lembang has conducted leadership - empowering educators effectively certified teacher professional - grade to the school, with a transformational leadership style and Visioner Leadeship in synergy. 2 ) The effectiveness of the leadership of the Head of SMP Lembang evidenced by mastery of personal competence, managerial, entrepreneurial, social competence and supervision and is able to improve teacher performance by 13.55 % in 2012-2013. 3) Certified Teacher Empowerment Strategies pursued through professional development Sustainable Self Development programs and activities as follows 1) The development of the individual self, 2) Functional Training and Education, 3) In House Training, 4) Collective Activities KKG, MGMPs, PSC, MKSS, 5) Scientific Publications, 6) Innovative activities: workshops, seminars, symposiums. Certified Teacher Empowerment barriers include: 1) Low Motivation to learn some teachers - teachers who are nearing retirement; 2) The low pedagogic competence and professional competence fraction Teacher; 3) Scarcity of School Trustees disciplinary backgrounds Science, Mathematics, and English is required as a resource in the activities of In House Training teachers. 3) The limited time opportunity to pursue continuing education S2/S3 state universities for Culture, Arts and science teachers, English, and Mathematics. For Principal authors recommend including the following: a) the principals must increase continually his quality in transformational and visionery’s leadership to empower effective and professional teachers, b) In House Training for enrichment Instructional Materials Science, Mathematics and English, in addition to the help of School Supervisors should also invoke state university lecturers as a training resource. c) Principals should encourage teachers to continue their education S2/S3 discipline besides linearly Sustainable professional development activities. While those in the appointment of the Head of Department of Education Power School Supervisors should pay more attention to the requirements of academic qualifications and competence of supervisors to prioritize. Teacher: Science, Mathematics, and English to be the supervisor.

Abstract

The level of Human Resources (HR) in government and private institutions can be seen from the performance of employees in providing effective and efficient services to the community. Employee performance is the result of work (work achievements) in quantity and quality that has been achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities that have been given to him. Public service in kelurahan is a government function in carrying out and providing basic rights that are understood by all components of society as the right to be able to enjoy a dignified life. Therefore, employee performance greatly influences the quality of service in government, so this study analyzes employee performance on community satisfaction in the urban village of Bandung. The research method used is research using quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. The results of the research produced are that employee performance greatly influences the quality of services carried out in the Cicaheum Village, Bandung City.

Abstract

Customer loyalty has not been optimal due to customer satisfaction which is still not optimal due to the lack of good service quality and relationship marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and relationship marketing on the satisfaction and loyalty of companies using security services at Red Guard Security Bandung. This research was conducted with a sampling study at the company's partner Red Guard Security Bandung. The research method used is path analysis. (path analysis). The total number of respondents was 67 people. Based on the results of research and data processing, it can be seen that the Service Quality variable (X1) has a Direct influence of 32.40%, and the Indirect influence through its relationship with Relationship Marketing (X2) is 10.20%, so the total effect is 42.60%. The relationship Marketing variable (X2) has a direct effect of 18.60%, and the indirect influence through its relationship with service quality (X1) is 10.20% so the total effect is 28.80%. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (r squared) expressed in percentages describe the contribution of all independent variables, namely Service Quality (X1), Relationship Marketing (X2) to Customer Satisfaction (Y) amounting to 71.40%. In comparison, the implications of Customer Satisfaction in determining variations in Loyalty (Z) (Y) is 79.60%. Meanwhile, other factors that were not examined and influenced loyalty were at Red Guar Security Bandung, indicated by the value of Pyє = 0.204 or 20.40%. From the results of this study, it is expected that the company will be able to encourage better service quality by improving various aspects of service to create optimal customer satisfaction which will ultimately have an impact on customer loyalty.
