Abstract

Masyarakat di kawasan Pondok Ngalah sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai pedagang makanan baik dalam bentuk warung makan maupun dalam bentuk pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Di mana sejauh ini masih belum tertata secara baik sehingga banyak menempati badan jalan yang luasnya hanya 5 meter yang menjadi akses satu-satunya menuju Pondok Ngalah dan lembaga pendidikan formal yang berada di bawah Yayasan Darut Taqwa. Sehingga hal ini bisa membahayakan keselamatan siswa, santri, serta masyarakat sekitar. Untuk mewujudkan tata kelola dan peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi maka hal yang bisa dilakukan antara lain yaitu menyediakan lokasi strategis untuk melo- kalisasi PKL, memberikan edukasi terkait manajemen bisnis bagi komunitas PKL, dan memberikan edukasi terkait terciptanya ruang publik (akses jalan) yang tertib, aman dan nyaman. Dengan adanya penataan PKL yang dikelola dengan baik tentu akan berdampak positif terhadap mobilitas warga masyarakat serta seluruh entitas Yayasan Darut Taqwa dan juga meningkatnya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di kawasan Pondok Ngalah.

Abstract

As the backbone of the national economy, SMEs hold immense potential to expand into international markets. The government's plan to elevate SMEs from domestic to international players underscores its commitment to empowering these businesses to reach a global audience. This qualitative descriptive study aims to explore the motivations driving SMEs to enter international markets and elucidate their internationalization strategies. Employing a case study approach, we delve into the experiences of Mienat Indonesia, a plant-based stick noodle brand venturing into the global snack industry. Interview transcripts were analyzed by segmenting them into units and explicating their connections to existing literature. The findings reveal a strong entrepreneurial spirit among SMEs, characterized by an international orientation and a firm commitment to expanding their businesses overseas.

Abstract

This study aims to develop strategies of human quality improvement in internet services by providing training and professional certification especially MikroTik. And also provide guidelines about implementation in professional training and certification that can support the achievement of business scale up in internet services. The result is 19 out of 24 computer network administrators and technicians have successfully passed the certification and have the opportunity to take their competence to the next level. And from the results of discussions with trainers, several things that can be done to scale up is increasing the bandwidth gradually according to the turnover of each DataNet partner. Then periodically add access points in new areas that have potential markets. And what is no less important is gradually increasing the competence of computer network administrators and technicians because the level of difficulty and complexity of service is certainly different from before so that service to consumers is also getting better and improving.
