Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, asset structure on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Background Problems: As a result of Covid-19 the role of the pharmaceutical sector is very important and needed so that the needs in terms of medicines consumed during treatment and recovery are very much needed, both personal requests (individuals) and agencies (Hospitals and Health Centers). Novelty: Researching pharmaceutical sector companies for a period of three years when there was an outbreak of a very dangerous virus, namely COVID-19, both in the world and especially in Indonesia, was very influential, especially for the economy in the pharmaceutical company sector. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data and analysis tools using SPSS. Finding/Results: Liquidity, profitability, asset structure on capital structure then partially profitability has no significant effect on capital structure, liquidity and asset structure have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Conclusion: It becomes a material consideration in making investment decisions and pays more attention to the rate of return on shares as well as knowing more about obtaining financial statement information.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Leverage on Stock Returns in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. Background Problems: At the time of IPO there is often a difference in stock prices when traded on the stock exchange. The stock price at the time of IPO tends to be lower than the stock price on the stock exchange on the first day (closing price). Novelty: Re-examining the same variables with different sectors and different research years. Research Methods: Using quantitative methods with secondary data types in the form of financial statements, using purposive sampling methods and SPSS multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Finding/Results: Company shares in the primary market do not only pay attention to the company's financial information, but also information on non-financial factors is needed that the reputation of underwriters and the percentage of stock offerings affect underpricing at the time of IPO. Conclusion: Liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Stock Returns, Profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on Stock Returns and simultaneously Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage significant effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To identify and analyze the effect of production costs, promotion costs and sales volume on the company's profits for pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. Background Problems: he pharmaceutical industry is facing a moderately raised condition where the demand for pharmaceutical products related to the handling of Covid-19 is increasing, on the other hand the demand for products that are not directly related to Covid-19 has decreased. Novelty: Re-testing the same variables in previous research, in the Covid-19 Case Research Methode. Research Methods: Data collection techniques with certain considerations using purposive sampling at 9 pharmaceutical companies, using SPSS 25 as a test tool. Finding/Results: Production costs partially have no significant effect on net income, promotion costs and sales volume have a significant effect on net income. Conclusion: There is a need to reduce production costs to a minimum in order to maintain profits and increase promotions and sales volume in pharmaceutical companies, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: analyze the Influence of Financial Ratios on Stock Returns with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable in Companies Listed on the IDX. Background ProblemsBecause energy consumption in Indonesia increased slightly by 0.4% compared to the previous year which was 905.6 million BOE and looking at the trend, domestic energy consumption tends to fluctuate over the past decade. Novelty: Retesting the same variables by previous researchers, because there are still differences in research between one study and another. Research Methods: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach research type using secondary data on 11 companies out of 76 companies and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. Findings/Results: The current ratio variable does not have a significant effect on stock returns and return on equity has a positive and significant effect on stock returns and the dividend payout ratio variable is unable to moderate the effect of the current ratio and return on equity on stock returns. Conclusion: Companies can improve company performance every year, and provide real and complete financial reports in order to attract investors so that it is easier to obtain capital from outside the company.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine the Effect of Receivables Turnover, Cash Flow, Inventory Turnover on Liquidity with Profitability as an Intervening Variable. Background Problems: The growth of large and medium manufacturing industries in 2017 increased by 4.74% compared to 2016 due to an increase in food industry production by 9.93%, while the beverage industry decreased by 2.77%. Novelty: Testing on the same variables by adding different intervening variables and objects. Research Methods: This research is a type of quantitative research of secondary data in the form of panel data. The sample used was 24 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2022 period, then processed with SPSS analysis tools including descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, goodness of fit tests, hypothesis tests, sobel tests. Findings/Results: That Receivables Turnover, Cash Flow and inventory partially have a positive effect on liquidity, Profitability and Receivables Turnover, have a significant positive effect on liquidity, profitability can mediate receivables turnover and Cash Flow on liquidity. Conclusion: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial performance, including profitability and liquidity ratios, before making investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the successful implementation of the inventory Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT Amanah Prima Indonesia. The factors described include top management support, user involvement and training and education. The research method used was quantitative through a questionnaire distributed to 35 respondents who used the Inventory ERP system. The analysis assistance technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27 software. The research results show that simultaneously the factors of top management support, user involvement and training and education have a significant effect on the success of implementing the inventory ERP system at PT Amanah Prima Indonesia by 81.1%. However, partially only the user involvement factor has a significant effect on the success of implementation, while top management support factors and training and education factors do not have a significant effect. These findings demonstrate the important role of active user involvement in increasing the success of inventory ERP system implementation. Abstract

Introduction/Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of accounting knowledge and experience on business development with the use of accounting information as an intervening variable. Background of the Problem: MSMEs need business development driven by aspects of accounting information and knowledge and business experience by producing various varied results. Novelty: Analyzing the same variables according to previous research but adding intervening variables on MSME actors. Research Method: Using a quantitative approach, data was taken from MSME actors and samples using a random method with criteria obtained 37 samples and the analysis used was path analysis. Findings/Results: Accounting knowledge influences the use of accounting information and business development, business experience influences capital structure, use of accounting information and business development. The use of accounting information has a negative effect on business development and accounting knowledge and business experience do not mediate business development through the use of accounting information. Conclusion: These findings provide important implications in paying attention to global and technical economic factors so that they can be used as considerations before developing and investing in a company.
