Abstract

Analysis of sharia business management can be carried out on the marketing strategy of a company or limited liability company in order to continue to increase its sales turnover. Marketing strategy is closely related to the marketing mix of a company or limited liability company which generally uses the theory of Product, Place, Price, and Promotion, but it cannot be separated from the principles of sharia business management. In sharia business management, basically according to the rules of muamalah, everything is legal, unless there are arguments that forbid it. The most important thing in the application of sharia business management to marketing strategies is to prohibit all forms of false transactions that will cause harm to others such as usury, fraud, gharar. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the sharia business management of the marketing strategy carried out by the Kandakawana Sakti Company or Limited Liability Company. This analysis also uses the SWOT analysis technique as part of the research method with a qualitative approach. SWOT analysis to find out what strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from the marketing strategy need to be carried out by the company or limited liability company in the future. The results of the research as shown in the Cartesian diagram show that the company or limited liability company is in quadrant I, which is aggressive with the implementation of the Growth Oriented Strategy, which means a favorable situation for the company or limited liability company. With the strength it has, it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist. Based on the research that has been done, there are several suggestions for the Kandakawana Sakti Limited Liability Company to implement innovation and process and marketing variations, so that they can attract consumers and add more partners who are able to increase sales turnover. For further research, the results of this study can be continued to develop marketing strategies.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in an economic downturn that has impacted workers so that many are unemployed. One of the efforts that can be done to reduce unemployment is to encourage the creation of new entrepreneurs. As young people who are the successors of the nation, students and students can be a driving force in forming entrepreneurship. Students and students can start entrepreneurship by studying entrepreneurship. In entrepreneurship, the attitude and behavior of a strong entrepreneur is implanted. However, it is necessary to examine the factors that motivate students' interest in entrepreneurship, especially in accordance with Islamic economic and business principles. This study aims to determine the influence of the factors of Interest in Entrepreneurship, Family Environment, School Environment, Government Support on Student Interest and Entrepreneurship in accordance with Islamic Economics and Business Principles during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students and college students, with a sample of 82 people. The method used is an interview using a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Interest in Entrepreneurship, Family Environment, School Environment, and Government Support have an effect on Student Interest and Entrepreneurship in accordance with Islamic Economics and Business Principles during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Socio-economic changes in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a weakening of the economy in the community, one of the solutions provided by the government to deal with the socio-economic impact during the COVID-19 pandemic was non-cash food assistance. This study aims (1) to find out how the maqashid sharia perception of the village non-cash food assistance program during the covid-19 pandemic in the Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor district. (2) to find out how the community behaves towards the village non-cash food assistance program during the covid-19 pandemic in the Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor district. This type of research is by using quantitative research that uses a Likert scale, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the Tabachic & Fidell method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 25 Software. The results of this study indicate that the perception of maqasid sharia partially has no effect on the non-cash food assistance program. The behavior of the community partially has a significant effect on the non-cash food assistance program. Simultaneously, the perception variable of sharia maqashid and community behavior has a significant effect on the non-cash food assistance program

Abstract

This research is motivated by the prevalence of news about the quality of health services which is considered less satisfactory and tends to be low on BPJS patients compared to general patients. This research is quantitative with a comparative approach, namely to find out whether there are similarities or differences between one object and another and the data collection methods are using questionnaires and interviews. The method of collecting questionnaire data was carried out on respondents with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling technique, with the sampling method using incidental samples, while determining the number of samples according to Roscoe in the book Research Methods For Business. The interviews were conducted with puskesmas staff in order to complete the data in this study. And the data processing method in this study uses the Chi-Square method. The results showed that there were differences in the service quality of BPJS patients and general patients on patient satisfaction. This is based on the results of the analysis of the chi-square calculation, it can be seen that Asymp.Sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05, then reject H0 and accept H1. In general, Pamijahan community health services are measured from the service variables that are in accordance with the Islamic concept of QS. Ali Imran: 159.
