Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study would like to explain in the description of the efficiency of the government's fiscal policies are applied in conjunction with industry performance amenitas in DKI Jakarta Province. At the moment the Government prohibits civil servants doing activities with the use of hotel facilities, industrial amenitas give a negative reaction to that policy.The study shows that policies impact have not influence occupancy rate. It can be happened cause most the hotel guest come from domestic and foreign tourist not depent only from government demand.Therefore, in order to continue tospur industrial development amenitas, a major foothold should be directed to the tourism industry as a pillar of improving the performance of the industry. To improve the performance amenitas industry, improving the quality of human resources through the knowledge of community needs to be continuously improved in order to innovation and creativity they have developed can stimulate performance amenitas industry.Keywords: Fiscal Efficiency, Amenitas Industry, and Tourism IndustryABSTRAKKajian ini ingin menjelaskan secara deskripsi rencana kebijakan efisiensi fiskal pemerintah yang diterapkan dalam hubungannya dengan kinerja industri amenitas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pada saat Pemerintah akan melarang pegawai negeri sipil melakukan kegiatan dengan menggunakan fasilitas hotel, industri amenitas memberikan reaksi negatif atas kebijakan tersebut. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa tidak ada potensi dampak kebijakan yang mempengaruhi tingkat hunian. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena sebagian besar tamu hotel berasal dari tamu domestik dan asing bukan hanya bergantung pada permintaan pemerintah.Oleh karena itu, agar dapat terus memacu perkembangan industri amenitas, pijakan utama harus diarahkan pada industri pariwisata sebagai pilar meningkatkan kinerja industri tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja industri amenitas, peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia melalui knowledge community perlu secara kontinyu ditingkatkan agar inovasi dan kreativitas yang mereka kembangkan dapat merangsang kinerja industri amenitas.Kata kunci: Efisiensi Fiskal, Industri Amenitas, dan Industri Pariwisata

Abstract

State-managed debt has always been a polemic in every country, including Indonesia. Some people's perceptions did not align with the Government's debt policy, including some college students'students' perceptions. Therefore, this study, which is of significant importance, aims to determine the public's understanding, especially college students, of state-managed debt. The Government values the insights of college students, as their perceptions are crucial in shaping public learning regarding debt management. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with five informants outside Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) in Indonesia. The five informants represent the college student community with different educational backgrounds and genders. Based on the in-depth interviews, the results found that all informants' perceptions described the terminology of state-managed debt sufficiently. Likewise, when they described what the investment was. Despite differences in educational backgrounds, each college student could articulate their perceptions of state-managed debt. The study found that the literature on public finance was still limited. Therefore, this research underscores the potential for growth in public finance literacy among college students, highlighting the crucial and reassuring role of the Government in providing comprehensive lessons and accurate information to the younger generation about the benefits of prudent state-managed debt.

Abstract

The peace process of regional dispute is handled with various processes and the sides who are concerned about the conflict, including the Vatican’s aid by using its peace diplomacy. The Vatican knew that mitigating the regional dispute had to face several challenges. However, the process and efforts to mitigate many areas of regional dispute are still the Vatican’s belief that peace becomes part of human rights and universal values. By observing methods based on the issue of regional dispute, this paper purposed to analyze the Vatican’s peace diplomacy during Pope Francis’ leadership. The analysis finds that mitigating regional disputes using a religious approach and the role of the Catholic church and Supreme Pontiff can effectively rehabilitate the conflict and finally turn into expected results based on negotiation. However, the Ukraine-Rusia dispute still creates brain-drain for the Vatican, including several regional disputes in Asian territory. The unresolved dispute indicates that the religious approach still needs aid from the other side. Therefore, the Pope, the Catholic church, and the rest of the world are still using proper diplomacy and strategy to fulfill the goal of the future of global peace.

Abstract

This study wants to determine whether government public relations have implemented communication collaboration in good shape, especially in conveying the advantages of the State Budget to the broader community. The study used a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with public relations in several government institutions in Indonesia, namely the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The results of the interviews show that the four government institutions have built good communication and collaboration with other government institutions, including the Ministry of Finance. Four informants have also amplified government messages and policies regarding the advantages of the State Budget to the public.
