Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of leadership style and environmental variables on the performance of employees working at PT. Widi Jasa Ekspress Batam. And see how much influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. In this research, distributing questionnaires to a total of 37 full-time employees based in PT. Widi Jasa Ekspress Batam. Of the 37 respondents can be grouped by gender and can be divided into two (2) groups: male gender as many as 27 people (62.78%) and female gender as many as 10 people (37.22%). This study uses a quantitative approach and the causal model of survey methods Data were analyzed using the statistical program package for social sciences (SPSS). The results showed significant direct effect between leadership style on employee performance PT. Widi Jasa Ekspress Batam. Improved leadership style will give you better performance and result in a better peagawai. There is a significant direct effect between the work environment to employees performance PT. Widi Jasa Ekspress Batam. From the results of this study are quite significant improvement can be concluded that the two variables are a strong influence on employee performance improvement.

Abstract

This research objective is to find out the impact of training and motivation to performance. Performance functions as a dependent variable on this research. Training and motivation is variable function as independent variable. The sample of this research is included thirtysix permanent worker at back office Awal Bros Hospital Batam, acquired by all worker. Data is collected through questionnaire method and analyzed by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) technique.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of location and service quality to the customer satisfaction of product Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian (Persero) CPP Bengkong UPC Pondok Asri Batam. The population that used in this research is the customers that have transaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) CPP Pondok Asri Batam on April 2013 amounting to 645 customers. While the sample are 86 obtained from the calculation using the Slovin formula. This study was conducted by using multiple linear regression with quantitative analyzes, t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the research results can be concluded: that location variable has influence but not significant to customers satisfaction but service quality variable has positive influence to customers satisfaction partially. Service quality variable becomes dominant variable which have influence to the costumers satisfaction based on calculations the analysis standardized of coefficients beta has the greatest value. Conclusion of this research is location and service quality as important variables that influence to customers satisfaction. However, it is suggested to the employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) CPP Bengkong UPC Pondok Asri Batam have to maintain the service that have given to the customers and also upgrade it to gain better customers satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengaruh disiplin kerja, stress kerja, etos kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Lina Sukijo Production Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 43 orang karyawan dan sampel 43 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan versi SPSS 25. Hasil pengujian untuk variabel disiplin kerja (X1) menunjukkan hasil t hitung (0,408) t tabel (2,024) dan nilai signifikan (0,685) 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian untuk variabel stress kerja (X2) menunjukkan hasil t hitung (0,839) t tabel (2,024) dan nilai signifikan (0,685) 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian untuk variabel Etos Kerja (X3) menunjukkan hasil t hitung (5,125) t tabel (2,024) dan nilai signifikan (0,000) 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian untuk variabel kompensasi (X4) menunjukkan hasil t hitung (2,507) t tabel (2,024) dan nilai signifikan (0,017) 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F memperlihatkan nilai F hitung (41,056) F tabel (2,61) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05 sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah Hasil menunjukkan disiplin kerja (X1), stress kerja (X2), etos kerja (X3), dan Kompensasi (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
