Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of PT Giga Nusantara. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. In this study the data was collect with a tool in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 110 respondenst with purposive sampling technique, which aims to determine respondents perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument test (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the result of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment, all have a positive effect on employee performance. From the t test, the result of motivation, compensation, and commitment are obtained, which have a significant partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) adalah untuk menghasilkan siswa yang siap memasuki lapangan kerja sebagai wirausaha. Untuk alasan ini, sifat wirausaha di SMK harus dibentuk melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Penerapan karakter kewirausahaan di SMK dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode dilakukan didalam ruangan kelas dengan menggunakan slide dan persentasi di depan ruangan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, berdasarkan tanya jawab dan pengamatan langsung selama kegiatan berlangsung, adalah sebagai berikut: Siswa dan siswi SMK Mayjend Sutoyo SM Medan memahami tentang minat dan jiwa berwirausaha untuk menjadi wirausahawan yang tangguh. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung dengan lancar dan efektif karena banyaknya minat dan antusiasme peserta. Berdasarkan analisis hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal seperti: pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang dimiliki siswa tentang minat dan jiwa berwirausaha di SMK Mayjend Sutoyo SM Medan sebagai solusi melahirkan para wirausaha yang tangguh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work performance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Marga Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Marga Medan, a total of 32 people, and 32 people will be tested. The selection in this study uses the selection method with the Slovin formula. Data collection method with a questionnaire. Validity and reliability were then tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect of work performance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Marga Medan.
