Abstract

This study aims to explore information related to logistical factors that play a role in improving the quality of the quality of delivery of goods or the use of services. The method taken in conducting this research is a descriptive qualitative research method, namely by looking for data in the form of article literature related to the research topic. From the analysis of several articles, the final results were obtained in the form of findings of several logistical elements supporting the maximum quality of delivery of goods or the use of services, such as the development of good coordination and communication, human focus, maximization of service services, appropriate decision making in capital management and punctuality.

Abstract

Land transportation is a vehicle with all kinds of forms that use the road as a route to carry passengers or goods. This research was conducted with the aim to find out what kind of problems can reduce the quality of the use of land transportation and identify strategies that can improve the quality of using land transportation. This research was carried out using a qualitative step with a description of the results and discussion in the form of a descriptive. The data is sourced from reference literature related to the topic. The results obtained are strategies that can be used to improve the quality of land transportation in the form of saving fuel use, reducing the use of private vehicles and switching to public transportation, minimizing the number of accidents vehicle.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam manajemen pelabuhan telah menjadi kunci penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keamanan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan dan dampak teknologi informasi dalam konteks manajemen pelabuhan. Melalui analisis terhadap sistem TI yang diterapkan di pelabuhan-pelabuhan utama, penelitian ini meninjau integrasi teknologi seperti sistem manajemen terminal, pemantauan dengan sensor cerdas, dan aplikasi Inaportnet untuk manajemen logistik. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis teknologi diharapkan kinerja manajemen pelabuhan dapat semakin meningkat dan diharapkan Pemerintah melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan dan melakukan penegakan hukum terhadap stakeholder di pelabuhan yang melanggar aturan.
