Abstract

Abstract This study discussed about interpersonal communication between Teachers and Students in Pondok Pesantren Mukhtar Syafa'at.is an educational institution that provides classical education and teaching in Islamic religious knowledge to students.Sometimes in teaching there is still a gap between Teacher and Student and impact on student behavior.This study uses qualitative approach. While the technique of data collection with interviews of resource persons, namely Teachers, Students and Staff of the student section of Pondok Pesantrn Mukhtar Syafa'at.The results of this study showed that interpersonal communication between Teachers and Students is going well but there is still a gap between the two that has an impact on behavior change in students.The conclusion of this study shows changes in behavior, mindset, and actions of students determined by how effective communication between Teachers and Students. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang komunikasi interpersonal antara Guru dan Murid di Pondok Pesantren Mukhtar Syafa’at. adalah lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan pendidikan dan pengajaran secara klasikal dalam pengetahuan agama Islam kepada para murid. Terkadang dalam mengajar masih terjadi kesenjangan antara Guru dan Murid dan berdampak pada perilaku Murid. Penelitian ini menenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara narasumber yakni Guru, Murid serta Staf bagian kesiswaan Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantrn Mukhtar Syafa’at. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan komunikasi interpersonal antara Guru dan Murid berjalan dengan baik namun masih adanya kesenjangan antara keduanya yang memberikan dampak perubahan prilaku pada Murid. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan perubahan perilaku, polapikir, sertata tindakan Murid di tentukan dari seberapa efektif komunikasi yang dilakukan antar Guru dan Murid.

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem: the role of extracurricular da'wah in improving the public speaking of the students of the Darussalam Putri Utara Islamic boarding school, which is then translated into several problem formulations as follows: (1) how is the role of extracurricular da'wah in improving the public speaking of the students of the Darussalam Putri Utara Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi (2) what are the obstacles in improving the public speaking of the students of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Putri Utara Blokagung Banyuwangi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type, which was held at the Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Putri Utara Blokagung Banyuwangi. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of extracurricular da'wah in improving the public speaking of the students of the Darussalam Putri Utara Islamic boarding school is very instrumental in increasing self-confidence, speaking fluently in public, relieving nervousness, being able to convey messages well, can cause positive feedback to the audience. , make the audience happy to listen to the communicator, and promote critical thinking. The obstacles in public speaking are semantic disorders in language, individual problems, physical disorders, status disorders, and frame of mind disorders.

Abstract

This study examines the strategy of da'wah in the media of facebook, because along with the times, the da'i use facebook as a medium in conveying the symbols of Islam, with the existence of this media, messages will be conveyed quickly to the general public. The question in this research is how the strategy of Da'wah through Facebook is carried out by the preacher at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Puncak Banyuwangi. not only used as a place of prostration (prayer) only. Especially for performing the five daily prayers, Friday prayers, and other worship, it is also used for Islamic syiar activities, religious education, training and social activities. The Kaaba Puncak Syafa'at Mosque in the form of the Kaaba in the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Puncak Banyuwangi, is expected to be able to become a center for Islamic activities as well as Syiar and Da'wah in the form of education such as PAUD, TK, SD and SMP and TK-TP Al-Qur'an.
