Hal ini dapat berujung pada kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan hingga laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkontrol dan dapat memperburuk kemiskinan dan rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh FGD terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap bidan tentang unmet need pelayanan KB di masa pandemi COVID-19.Metode: Penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design, dengan intervensi FGD, pemberian kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah FGD. Hasil: Terdapat 90 orang responden yang diberikan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 20,81 pada pengetahuan dan 30,66 pada sikap. Nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 22,58 pada pengetahuan dan 34,61 pada sikap. Data dilanjutkan dengan uji T-berpasangan, pada variabel pengetahuan didapatkan hasil p=0,292 (p>0,05), sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang tidak bermakna signifikan secara statistik. Pada variabel sikap didapatkan hasil p=0,012 menggambarkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna.  Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap setelah dilakukan FGD terhadap bidan Kota Banjarmasin tentang pelayanan KB di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diskusi kelompok terfokus, sedangkan pada sikap terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara sikap bidan di wilayah Kota Banjarmasin setelah dilakukan diskusi kelompok terfokus.Kata kunci: diskusi kelompok terfokus, Unmet need, Pengetahuan dan Sikap, Keluarga Berencana, COVID-19. AbstractBackground: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruptions to the health system, including family planning services. This can be lead in unwanted pregnancies to uncontrolled population growth rates and can exacerbate poverty and the low quality of human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of FGD on differences of knowledge and attitudes of midwives about the unmet need for family planning services during the COVID-19 pandemic.Method: This study used a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design, by giving a questionnaire before and after FGD.. Result: There were 90 respondents. The mean score of the pretest was 20.81 on knowledge and 30,66 on attitude. The posttest mean score was 22.58 in knowledge and 34.61 in attitude. The data was followed by a paired t-test and the results were p = 0.292 on the knowledge aspect which illustrates that there is no significant difference and p = 0.012 on the attitude aspect which illustrates that there is a significant difference between the knowledge score and the midwife attitude after FGD.Conclusion: There is increasing of knowledge and attitudes of midwives in the City of Banjarmasin after FGD was conducted. There was not significantly different knowledge aspect between before and after FGD. Abstract

Abstract Stunting in pregnant women is a public health problem. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the prevalence of stunting worldwide in 2020 is 22.0% or 149.2 million globally. According to WHO data in 2020, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is very high at 31.8%, and it ranks 5th in the country with the highest stunting rate. Based on data from the Banjarmasin City Health Centre in 2020, the prevalence of stunting in Banjarmasin City is 5.8% of 14 districts. Alalak Selatan Health Center is a health centre in Banjarmasin City with a stunting prevalence of 33.29%. This figure is above the average for the National, South Kalimantan Province and Banjarmasin City. It is among the five biggest stunting rates out of 26 Community Health Centers in Banjarmasin City. Reducing stunting is still a priority for South Kalimantan to achieve the target of 14% in 2024. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women toward good cooking and take to nutritional intake during pregnancy and to increase the effectiveness of public health programs in preventing stunting in pregnant women through the use of counselling with the media cooking demonstrations as an educational method at the Alalak Selatan Health Center. The method of carrying out the evaluation was through pretest and Posttest questionnaires on 35 pregnant women. The pretest was carried out before the Pregnant Women's class and the Cooking Demonstration at PKM Alalak Selatan, and the Posttest was as follows. The indicators of the success of this activity have been well achieved. All participants who are indicators of success have participated in socialization activities. The results of the pretest and Posttest are 80% already in the good category. Keywords: Stunting, Cooking Demonstration, Pregnant Women, Socialization Abstrak Stunting pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan KotaBanjarmasin tahun 2020, prevalensi stunting di Kota Banjarmasin sebesar 5,8% dari 14 kabupaten. Puskesmas Alalak Selatan adalah Puskesmasyang ada di Kota Banjarmasin dengan prevalensi stunting 33,29%. Angka tersebut di atas rata-rata Nasional, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan danKota Banjarmasin serta termasuk 5 terbesar angka stunting dari 26 Puskesmas di Kota Banjarmasin. Penurunan stunting masih menjadi prioritas Kalsel untuk mencapai target 14% di 2024.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan  sikap ibu hamil dalammemasak dan memperhatikan asupan gizi selama kehamilan serta meningkatkan efektivitas program kesehatan masyarakat dalam mencegahstunting ibu hamil melalui pemanfaatan penyuluhan dengan media demo masak sebagai metode edukasi di Puskesmas Alalak Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan evaluasi melalui kuisoner pretest dan posttest pada 35 org ibu hamil. Pretest di laksanakan sebelum dilakukan kelas Ibu Hamil dan Demo Masak di PKM Alalak Selatan dan Posttest sesudahnya. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ini sudah tercapai dengan baik. Semua peserta yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan sudah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test yaitu 80% sudah dalam kategori baik.Kata kunci: Stunting, Demo Masak, Ibu Hamil, Sosialisasi

Abstract

AbstractMaternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (IMR) are critical health indicators. An essential part of the MCH service is using the MCH Handbook. The Maternal and Child Health Book is a tool or media midwives use to provide health information to pregnant women, women in childbirth, mothers and children. The results of RiskesDas showed that 80.8% had an MCH handbook, but only 40.4% could show an MCH handbook at the time of the survey, and 19.2% of mothers did not have an MCH handbook at all. The Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient at Ulin Hospital is a referral centre for high-risk mothers in the Banjarmasin Wetlands. This activity aims to optimize the use of MCH guidelines and carry out health education to increase the knowledge of high-risk pregnant women. This activity was conducted specifically for high-risk pregnant women who underwent routine ANC at the Ulin Hospital Obstetrics Outpatient in June-July 2023. The pre and post-questionnaires were filled in to assess the results of the counselling activitiesfor  60  pregnant women. Most pregnant women over 35 years (50%) multipara as much as 41.67%, anaemia 83.33%, K4 less than 50%. The cumulative high pre-test score was only 16.67%, and the high post-test score increased to 33.33% after this activity is hoped to be continued and developed by optimizing the MCH Handbook use. Keywords: MCH Handbook; pregnant mother; Activity
