<![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study is to review research instruments that researchers can use to measure the quality of SPADA DIKTI services. The literature search was conducted by adopting several previous researchers' instruments related to service quality measurement instruments. A literature search focuses on instruments that can be performed to quantify instruments that only address e-learning. For each instrument, the study took measurements of the service quality gap, the scale of the measurement used. There are several alternative instruments to measure the quality of service that researchers can use, with or without making modifications to the question items in the questionnaire. The selection of which questionnaire to use can be decided by the researcher, based on the purpose of the study. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau kembali instrumen-instrumen penelitian yang dapat digunakan peneliti untuk mengukur kualitas layanan SPADA DIKTI. Pencarian literatur dilakukan dengan mengadopsi beberapa instrumen peneliti terdahulu terkait instrumen pengukuran kualitas layanan. Pencarian literatur berfokus terhadap instrumen yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengkuantifikasi instrumen yang hanya membahas mengenai e-learning. Untuk setiap instrumen, penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran terhadap gap kualitas layanan, skala pengukuran yang digunakan. Terdapat beberapa alternatif instrumen untuk mengukur kualitas layanan yang dapat dipakai oleh peneliti, dengan atau tanpa melakukan modifikasi terhadap butir-butir pertanyaan dalam kuesioner. Pemilihan kuesioner mana yang akan digunakan dapat diputuskan oleh peneliti, berdasarkan dari tujuan penelitian.]]>
