The aims of this study were 1) to find out and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, 2) to find out and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, 3) to find out and analyze the influence of career development on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, and 4) To identify and analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, motivation and career development on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data were obtained from employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, totaling 261 people with a sample based on the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 72 people. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this indicates that the better the organizational culture, the better employee performance, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the employee's performance, 3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the career development , the better the employee performance, and 4) Organizational culture, motivation and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the organizational culture, motivation and career development, the better the the better the performance of employees.
