Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menjelaskan  perbandingan  pengaturan  tindak pidana korupsi antara Indonesia dan Singapura dari segi jenis/bentuk tindak pidananya.Penelitian   ini   menggunakan   penelitian   normatif yang bersifat preskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Teknik analisis data adalah metode deduktif komparatif analisis. Dari penelitian ini diketahui mengenai jenis-jenis perbuatan yang dilarang dalam tindak pidana korupsi antara Indonesia dan Singapura dan juga diketahui mengenai perbedaan pengaturan mengenai jenis/bentuk tindak pidana korupsi antara masing-masing negara yaitu mengenai definisi korupsi, ruang lingkup yang diatur dalam tindak pidana korupsi, jenis/macam tindak pidana korupsi dan pengaturan  mengenai suap dan gratifikasi.Kata Kunci : Perbedaan, jenis perbuatan yang dilarang, korupsi, Indonesia, SingapuraABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the comparison of the regulation of corruption between Indonesia and Singapore in terms of the types / forms of the crime. This study uses prescriptive  normative  research. This research approach uses  a  statutory approach to answer the problem formulation. The data analysis technique is the deductive comparative method of analysis. From this research, it is known about the types of acts prohibited in the criminal act of corruption between Indonesia and Singapore and it is also known about the differences in regulations regarding the types / forms of corruption between each country, namely regarding the definition of corruption, the scope of which is regulated in the criminal act of corruption. , types / types of corruption and arrangements regarding bribery and gratuities.Keywords : Differences,  types of  prohibited acts, corruption, Indonesia, Singapore
