Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor, dampak dari belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor dan upaya yang harus dilakukan PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam. Sementara untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor yaitu a). Perencanaan Perusahaan terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia; b). Kebijaksanaan-kebijaksanaan organisasi/perusahaan pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; c). Tuntutan Kinerja yang Tinggi; dan d). Metode Pelaksanaan Prekrutan Karyawan. (2) Beberapa dampak dari belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan jumlah karyawan pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor yaitu: a). Tidak tercapainya target output perusahaan; b). Karyawan diposisikan pada jabatan yang tidak sesuai dengan bidangnya; dan c) Hasil Kerja karyawan kurang maksimal. (3) Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor untuk memenuhi jumlah kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia yaitu: a). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor harus melakukan perbaikan sistem dalam perencanaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia; b). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor melakukan suvey lapangan tentang untuk memahami karakter budaya masyarakat sekitar; c). PT KIA akan membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat di luar Mitra Abadi Motor untuk bekerja pada PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; d). Melakukan promosi tentang prospek perusahaan dan tentang pembukaan lowongan pekerjaan PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor pada tempat-tempat keramaian masyarakat; dan e). Membuka rekruitmen tenaga kerja dengan inten dan efektif.Kata Kunci:  analisis, kebutuhan, sumber daya manusia This research was conducted to describe the unfulfilled human resource needs at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor, the impact of the unfulfilled human resource needs at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor and the efforts that must be made by PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor to meet their needs. In this study the approach used is descriptive qualitative research with the type of research used is a case study. The research location was conducted at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor. The data collection techniques used in this study were documentation, participatory observation and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there are factors that cause the need for human resources at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor to have not been fulfilled, namely a). Corporate Planning on Human Resources; b). Organizational/company policies at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; c). High Performance Demands; and D). Employee Recruitment Implementation Methods. (2) Some of the impacts of the unmet need for the number of employees at PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor are: a). Not achieving the company's output target; b). Employees are positioned in positions that are not in accordance with their fields; and c) Work results of employees are less than optimal. (3) Several efforts have been made by PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor to meet the number of Human Resources needs, namely: a). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor must make system improvements in the planning of Human Resource Management; b). PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor conducted a field survey to understand the cultural character of the surrounding community; c). PT KIA will open opportunities for people outside Mitra Abadi Motor to work for PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor; d). Conducting promotions about the company's prospects and about the opening of job vacancies for PT KIA Motor Mitra Abadi Motor in public crowded places; and e). Opening the recruitment of workers with intent and effectively.Keywords:  analysis, needs, human resources

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the development of Kuin Floating Market tourism and the efforts made to overcome problems in the development of Kuin Floating Market Tourism. The research design used in this study is qualitative research. The location of research was carried out at the tourist destination Kuin Floating Market. The data collection techniques used in this study were documentation, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews. In checking the validity of the data obtained by the researcher, triangulation of the sources and methods used is used. Meanwhile, researchers' data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that: 1) Development of Kuin Floating Market tourism. Several aspects of development carried out in Kuin Floating Market tourism, including (a) Promotion, (b) Accessibility, and (c) Tourism Area. 2) Efforts made to overcome problems in the development of Kuin Floating Market Tourism include (a) Submitting budgets and collaborating with private parties and (b) Providing understanding to the local community.

Abstract

This research aims to find answers to why the Indonesian Government closed the Social Commerce Tiktok Shop. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative using case study and literature study methods. This research aims to find answers to the problem formulation from various literary sources from books, scientific journals and other relevant news media. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that there are various reasons for the Indonesian government to close social commerce Tiktok shops, including violations in buying and selling activities at Tiktok shops such as predatory pricing, dumping and shadow banning which are detrimental to local MSME traders in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research will be a reference for future researchers regarding the Tiktok shop application with different variables.
