<![CDATA[This research aims to : (1) Analyze the variables of Human Resources Competency, Quality of Work Life, and Incentive which influence simultaneously to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease in Tulungagung Regency, (2) Analyze Human Resources variable which influences partially to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (3) Analyze the quality of work life variable which influences partially to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (4) Analyze incentive variable which influences partially to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency. This research uses quantitative approach. The data are collected in the form of questionnaire where variables descriptions have been scored by using the measurement scale based on the established statistical formulas. The research samples were obtained by using total sampling technique. The analysis is done to the numeric data. Meanwhile, the data analysis method is done by using descriptive statistic analysis and inferential statistic analysis by utilizing computer program namely SPSS. The result of this research shows : (1) Human Resources Competency, Quality of Work Life, and Incentive have influence towards the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (2) Human Resources Competency does not have influence to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (3) Quality of Work Life does not have influence to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (4) Incentive has a influence to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency.]]>
