Abstract

Project time management is the process of planning, organizing and controlling the schedule of project activities. Time management is needed in a project implementation so that the project can run exactly according to the predetermined time. Scheduling is part of controlling time management. Along with the development of technology and science, project scheduling methods are also developing. One of the scheduling methods that is often used is the Critical Path Method, which is a technique of analyzing the activity network to predict the total duration. This research focuses on evaluating time management on the Batang QIM Hospital Polyclinic Building Project with the CPM method to find out the work that crosses the critical path. In the implementation of the Batang QIM Hospital Polyclinic project, several obstacles were encountered which resulted in the delay of work causing the project to be late. These obstacles include labor, materials, and weather. From the analysis that has been done based on the schedule plan that has been made before there are 7 types of work that cross the critical path. The total project duration required after using the CPM method is 43 weeks or one week earlier than the planned schedule of 44 weeks.

Abstract

The implementation of rigid pavement construction, in fact, has concrete quality results that do not meet the applicable criteria or specifications so that concrete work on rigid pavement can experience cracks or concrete fractures. The research was conducted by direct observation in the field and collecting laboratory testing data, then analyzing by comparing the results of concrete work against the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the acceptance of concrete quality based on the 2018 Bina Marga General Specifications (Revision 2) on the Petamanan - Sidomulyo Road Rehabilitation project, Limpung District, Batang Regency. The results showed that the Job Mix Formula (JMF) used in the field produced slump values that met the criteria. The level of uniformity of the quality of concrete implementation on the results of the bending strength of the beam shows the value of the standard deviation with the classification of "excellent" and the level of variation is included in the classification of "very good". The conclusion from the calculation shows that the flexural strength of the beam samples during implementation at each station meets the specification fs'45 kg/cm2 (4.41Mpa) at the age of 28 days.

Abstract

Workers who use computers in daily activities often experience eye fatigue. Visual disorders caused by computer use can include various complaints, such as: blurred vision, unclear images, double vision, difficulty distinguishing colors, red eyes, eyes that are often sore, frequently itchy, often feeling tense, eyes that easily become sleepy, reduced accommodation ability, and headache symptoms. This research uses qualitative research as a complex description, by studying words, obtaining detailed reports from respondents' perspectives, and investigating experienced situations. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between long exposure and monitor distance with employee eye fatigue at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sumbagut Regional Office. Employees working with an 8-hour system per day for 5 working days rarely apply the 20-20-20 method recommended by the Ministry of Health to prevent eye fatigue.
