Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan tambang batubara yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri tambang batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019, yaitu sebanyak 21 perusahaan. Metodel pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website IDX yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang menjadi sampel dengan periode 2017-2019. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Tambang Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sementara perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Tambang Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci: perputaran kas; persediaan; piutang; profitabilitas; ROA.

Abstract

This study analyzes whether there is a significant influence on job stress on employee performance at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Luwuk. The sample in this study was 57 employees, which then carried out random sampling. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. Simple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses in this study. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the work stress variable (X) on employee performance (Y) is in a negative area. From the results of the t test, the value of t count = -1.609, while at the real level a = 0.05 and df = 56, it is obtained t table = 1.672. Because t count < t table with a probability of 0.113 is greater than 0.05, so it is proven that job stress has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Luwuk.

Abstract

Information becomes a very important factor and influences consumers in making decisions. Before consumers buy products on online shopping sites, consumers are accustomed to looking for information in various ways, one of which is looking at information from online consumer review reviewers. The purpose of the study was determine purchasing decisions based on reviews from consumers who had purchased the product. This type of research uses descriftive and verification research with a population of 34,242 followers @Mirashop_gtlo. The slovin was used to determine a sample of 99 followers. Primary and secondary data collected through documentation and questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. Multiple regression analysis as a statistical test tool. The results showed that all components of online consumer reviews influence consumer purchasing decisions. Source credibility is the main factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions.
