Abstract

The purpose of this outreach is to assist the Pondok Kelapa 11 Residential Pillars community in monitoring population growth and trends. As the pandemic situation impacts municipal population growth, the service implements a tableau-based monitoring dashboard to facilitate monitoring of population trends. When collecting data, qualitative techniques are used to ensure the accuracy of the information received, with a focus on data collection, processing, and development. During the discussion, the data processing results of the population growth rate from January to October 2022 received by the Rukun Warga 11 Secretariat were presented. Through this community service, it is hoped that the community of RW 11 Pondok Kelapa will be able to visualize data more easily and accurately on population growth while raising awareness of the importance of monitoring population growth in community organizations.

Abstract

This community service focuses on managing the Waste Bank in RW 05, Cipinang Besar Selatan Subdistrict with the aim of overcoming the lack of public interest in the Waste Bank program. Through a mentoring approach using Tableau Public, this activity aims to increase public understanding of the program. By using qualitative analysis, the results of the waste movement dashboard visualization are expected to provide an understanding of the influence of the Waste Bank on increasing waste volume. The research results show that data visualization using Tableau Desktop successfully achieved service objectives, providing significant insight into the effectiveness and development potential of the Waste Bank program. Features such as Total Waste per Month, Top Customer Rank, Top District, Top Types of Waste, and RT Participation provide an in-depth understanding of program dynamics. Data visualization has succeeded in increasing public interest, effectively reducing environmental pollution, and providing transparency of contributions, positive comparisons, personal understanding of environmental impacts, and motivation through growth and achievement. Therefore, the use of Tableau data visualization in the Waste Bank program is not only a data management tool, but also a driver of active participation and public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. The Waste Bank program supported by data visualization has great potential to achieve sustainability goals and reduce negative impacts on the environment.

Abstract

UMKM is an abbreviation of the words Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, describing economic activities carried out by individual, group, household or small businesses that are included in the standards as micro or medium enterprises. This activity can encourage independent abilities to develop in society, especially in the economic sector. With the existing problems, information media is needed to make it easier to search for information and a dashboard of developments in the number and sales results produced by West Semper Village UMKMs. The proposed solution is the use of information media via the Tableu website which can be used to monitor UMKMs in Semper Barat Subdistrict. This Tabblue dashboard produces a display in the form of values and narratives that can be accessed by the community, regional administrators and stake holders, to help them monitor and see how UMKMs have developed in the last 1 year. So it is hoped that the use of Tableu Information Media can have a good impact on the people of Semper Barat Village. So it is expected that the use of this Tableu Information Media can have a good impact on the people of Semper Barat Village. This Tableu is one of the Efforts in depicting real MSME information so that the Community knows that MSMEs are able to play a role as a supporter of life or family economic income that can be built from micro to medium with Efforts that are carried out consistently and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the use of technology in evaluating student performance by grouping students based on their abilities. The main issues include the underutilization of technology, the absence of an appropriate evaluation system for different levels of student ability, and ineffective methods for grouping students. The K-Means Clustering algorithm was chosen because it has proven effective in grouping academic data in various studies. The data used includes Daily Knowledge Scores (DKS), Daily skill scores (DSS), Mid-term Summative Scores (MSS), End-of-Year Summative Scores (ESS), and Grade Report (GR). The data was analyzed using the CRISP-DM methodology with the help of RapidMiner. The results showed that 28.63% of students were classified as having excellent performance, 50.21% as having good performance, and 21.16% as having moderate performance. The Davies-Bouldin Index score of 1.713 for K=3 was considered sufficient for distinguishing the different student performance groups. The results of this study are expected to help schools provide learning support that better aligns with student needs. Future research is recommended to focus on optimizing the number of clusters (K), applying this method to other subjects, and integrating it with e-learning platforms for real-time student performance monitoring.
