Abstract

Google Classroom is used at the East Java "Veteran" Development University, one of the public universities located in the city of Surabaya, but so far there has been no research that states that Google Classroom is useful for the East Java "Veteran" Development University so this research was made to determine the success of Google Class using the ISSM method. Learning activities will certainly not run well without a quality platform. One of the best advantages of e-learning when compared to formal education methods in general is that e-learning can be accessed by all students without regional boundaries. That way, students can enjoy an education of the highest quality from their stay. Even children who are abroad because of the work of their parents can still access their right to study with the Indonesian curriculum. In this study using the ISSM (Information System Success Model) DeLone & McLean 2003 method and using the SEM-PLS measuring instrument to help measure the level of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Implementasi teknologi oleh sebuah perguruan tinggi dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik perguruan tinggi tersebut. Seperti teknologi virtual campus tour yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk mengetahui dan mengenal lingkungan kampus secara virtual tanpa harus langsung datang kesana. UPN VCT (Virtual Campus Tour) milik UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur merupakan simulasi beberapa lokasi yang ada di lingkungan kampus tersebut. Sebagai sarana pengenal dan branding kampus bagi calon mahasiswa kampus ini dan masyarakat lainnya, UPN VCT seharusnya memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan berkesan. Namun berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada beberapa siswa SMAN 1 Batuan, Sumenep, ditemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami pengguna seperti tidak adanya informasi cara penggunaan UPN VCT, tidak adanya informasi terhadap fitur yang tersedia, hingga adanya fitur tautan menuju website fakultas atau jurusan yang saat itu sedang dituju pengguna kurang terlihat oleh pengguna. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan kurang baiknya pengalaman pengguna sehingga turut mengurangi rasa percaya pengguna dalam menggunakan UPN VCT sebagai pengenal kampus digital. Penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna di SMAN 1 Batuan terhadap UPN VCT menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang diperoleh, nilai rata-rata pada skala Daya Tarik bernilai 1.73, skala Kejelasan bernilai 1.65, skala Efisiensi bernilai 1.64, skala Ketepatan bernilai 1.52, skala Stimulai bernilai 1.74, dan skala Kebaruan bernilai 1.41. Pada uji korelasi data ditemukan bahwa keenam skala bernilai >0.70, yang berarti seluruh skala yang digunakan tergolong reliabel.

Abstract

Wear application is one of the most widely used technologies by society. One of them that is widely used by the digital community today is the Smartwatch. Smartwatches are popular with the public because they provide various benefits, ranging from health, and body fitness, to fashion. The benefits of smartwatches do not stop at daily needs but can also be used in sports. In this study, this study aims to measure the motivation of soccer players in using smartwatches to record their performance on the field and daily. This quantitative study uses the conceptual model of TAM and UTAUT which is adapted to a case study of soccer players. The results of this study are Ease of Use, Enjoyment, Attitude Relative Advantage, and Social Influence are conditions that affect soccer players using smartwatches.

Abstract

SDI Taman An-Nahl Sidoarjo is an educational institution that plays an active role in developing the potential of students. However, in this digitalization era, there are limitations in accelerating performance in managing student data so that it has the impact of not having a database for students, not having a database of student scores, and not reporting student activities to parents. This situation is due to the fact that an integrated management information system (MIS) has not been implemented. The focus of this research is to develop a web-based Student Management Information System that can help teachers manage student learning outcomes data and help parents monitor the progress of their children's learning outcomes. The development of this system has a scope consisting of valid student data and student identification numbers, monitoring of student activities, and reporting of student activities to parents. The system test results show that the system can run well, although there are minor errors. The implementation of the Student Management Information System has been successfully carried out, so that users can access the system in real time through the website.

Abstract

Thanks to the digital transformation that we often encounter today, many things that were previously unthinkable to do are now becoming a reality. Virtual tours allow users to come to a place and see their surroundings without having to come there. Various images to videos that are combined to produce a 360° panorama can be used through devices such as computers to smartphones. This advantage was used by Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. as a step in branding its campus so that it could show the location of the campus without having to come directly there, especially during this pandemic which does not allow everyone to gather in one place directly. Because the UPN Vtour is an important asset for the campus to be able to introduce it to prospective students and their parents, it must be ensured that users get a good user experience. For this reason, a study was conducted to evaluate user experience in using UPN Vtour based on the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) which was distributed to 72 students of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Information System and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The results show that reliability and simulation are the main attractions, while others need to be developed again.

Abstract

In this advanced world of technology, games have become a fun entertainment that is loved by the people. This study aimed examine online otome game, which in this case study is Tears of Themis, using uses and gratification theory-based model that consists of enjoyment, fantasy, escapism, social interaction, social presence, achievement, self-presentation and also age moderation variable which affects the continuance intention to play Tears of Themis. The analysis testing and model development were performed using PLS-SEM method on 135 respondents who were Tears of Themis players from Indonesia. The results revealed that enjoyment and achievement have significantly affected the continuance intention of playing Tears of Themis. Meanwhile, the moderation test results showed no relation between all independent variables and continuance intention. But based on the age sub-groups, 16 — 19 years old subgroup are affected by enjoyment and self — presentation on Tears of Themis continuance intention and 20 — 24 years old subgroup are influenced by enjoyment on Tears of Themis continuance intention. These results can be used as insight for development of online otome games to improve the quality of games in the future.

Abstract

Analysis user experience in using a mobile-based application product needs to be done to determine what things should be prioritized in order to increase user intensity in using the application using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This study aims to find out which indicators whose performance needs to be improved and which indicators whose performance needs to be maintained by the PLN Mobile application. The results of this analysis indicate that the indicators that need more attention are user intensity, especially item E2, as well as the error rate indicator, namely item T5. PT. PLN (Persero) must immediately minimize any problems related to the use of the PLN Mobile application because this greatly impacts the user's intensity in using the PLN Mobile application.Keywords: PLN Mobile; User Experience; Importance Performance Analysis AbstrakAnalisis pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan sebuah produk aplikasi berbasis mobile perlu dilakukan untuk menentukan hal apa saja yang harus diprioritaskan demi meningkatkan intensitas pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan serta indikator apa saja yang kinerjanya perlu dipertahankan oleh aplikasi PLN Mobile. Hasil dari analisa ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang perlu diperhatikan lebih adalah intensitas pengguna terutama item E2 serta indikator tingkat kesalahan yakni item T5. Pihak PT. PLN (Persero) harus segera meminimalisir adanya masalah terkait penggunaan aplikasi PLN Mobile karena hal ini sangat berdampak pada intensitas pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile.

Abstract

Dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi, Perpustakaan Nasional Indonesia meluncurkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berrnama aplikasi iPusnas. Aplikasi ini cukup banyak diminati pengguna di Indonesia namun masih terdapat beberapa fitur yang kurang mendukung pengalaman membaca buku digital, seperti fitur bookmark yang tidak permanen pada buku yang dipinjam dan fitur notifikasi yang belum tersinkronisasi. Sehingga dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui faktor yang membuat pengguna menerima aplikasi iPusnas. Model yang digunakan adalah Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan delapan variabel meliputi performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, service mobility, use innovation, intention to use, dan use behavior. Penelitian ini melibatkan 400 responden pengguna iPusnas yang berstatus mahasiswa S1 di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel performance exepctancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, service mobility, user innovation, dan intention to use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna aplikasi iPusnas. Variabel-variabel tersebut secara berurutan memiliki p-values sebesar 0.000, 0.001, 0.001, 0.003, 0.039, dan 0.000 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-values yang lebih kecil dari 0.05 memiliki signifikansi variabel lebih besar terhadap penerimaan aplikasi iPusnas. Sedangkan variabel effort expectancy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna aplikasi iPusnas, dimana variabel ini memiliki p-values sebesar 0.644 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-values yang lebih besar dari 0.05 memiliki signifikansi variabel lebih kecil terhadap penerimaan aplikasi iPusnas.
