Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Disability Student Perceptions of non-physical accessibility (services) consisting of Braile library information services, microcomputer service mobility orientation services, library staff attitudes and audiovisual services in the Library of the Faculty of Education, Padang State University. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire, which became the source of data, namely blind and retarded disabled students for the 2016-2019 batch of 12 disability students. the results of the study indicate that the Disability Student Perception of Non-Physical Accessibility (services) is seen from the library service information in the form of braile with a fairly good category, mobility orientation equipment services with a very bad category, microcomputer services with a very bad category, the attitude of library employees with categories quite good, and audiovisual services by category are not very good either. It can be concluded that the perception of students with disabilities towards non-physical accessibility (services) in the library of the Faculty of Education at the State University of Padang is not very good
