Abstract

Child marriage is a form of violence against children. The problem of child marriage will always occur along with the increasing cases of early marriage. So that to reduce the high rate of child marriage, it is necessary to have studies that can provide solutions from the results of their thinking. One of the scholars who studied child marriage is K.H. Husein Muhammad. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. This research will be conducted with literature studies sourced from related books and journals, with content analysis. According to K.H. Husein Muhammad, child marriage can cause harm, damage or ugliness, while at the same time the factors of concern about falling into sexual relations prohibited by religion cannot be proven, so the marriage cannot be justified. Keywords: Child Marriage, K.H. Husein Muhammad's View ABSTRAK. Perkawinan anak merupakan salah satu bentuk tindak kekerasan terhadap anak. Problematika pernikahan anak akan selalu terjadi seiring dengan kasus pernikahan dini yang kian meningkat. Sehingga untuk menekan tingginya angka pernikahan anak perlu adanya kajian-kajian yang dapat memberikan solusi dari hasil pemikirannya. Salah satu ulama yang mengkaji tentang pernikahan anak yaitu K.H. Husein Muhammad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi pustaka yang bersumber dari buku dan jurnal terkait, dengan analisa isi atau content analysis. Menurut K.H. Husein Muhammad perkawinan anak itu dapat menimbukan kemudharatan, kerusakan atau keburukan, padahal pada saat yang sama faktor-faktor kekhawatiran akan terjerumus ke dalam pergaulan seksual yang dilarang agama tidak dapat dibuktikan, maka perkawinan tersebut tidak dapat dibenarkan. Abstract

The development of social media and technological disruption has occurred increasingly massively, where the media has become the primary means of knowledge transformation. One example is the construction of a discourse on marriage that becomes public consumption through social media. This paper aims to explain the process of reforming Islamic family law through multimedia. This research uses a qualitative research method in which the researcher seeks to describe the media's role in reforming Islamic family law. The approach used in this research is digital ethnography. Reconstructing Islamic family law through multimedia can be a very effective tool to educate the public about Islamic family law, clarify misconceptions, and facilitate open discussions on family-related legal issues within the Muslim community. Educational videos, podcasts, webinars, infographics and educational graphics, e-learning platforms, documentaries, social media, mobile applications and online consultations are some of how multimedia can be used to reconstruct Islamic family law.
