Abstract

Purpose- This study was designed to measure the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline against work performace Design/methology/approach- The sampling method using Slovin formula to select 50 person of the population. The analysis was done by multiple regression, using SPSS vrsion 20. Findings- Leadership style doesnot influence the work performance of the employee in PT Sinar Jernih Sarana (SJS-Indonesia). The motivation does, but in a weak state, on the other hand, discipline has a main role to influence the performance of the employee. However, when it is done simultaneously, there is a moderate effects on work performance. Research limitations- The strong value of other variables that included in this research is the indicator of the limitation Practical implications- It is strongly suggested to apply the other variables such as compensation, communication, and job satisfaction for the next research. The Originality- The exclusivity research applied in this particular company that discipline is a must.

Abstract

Purpose- . Aiming to measure the training and motivation against employee’s performance in P.T. ANZ Bank, Jakarta Design/methology/approach- A questionaire survey to employee’s of P.T. ANZ Bank.The sample were 50, selected by purposive, within a single organization supported by interviews. Data analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 20 Findings- Overall tests done, it is concluded that partially, training has effected employee’s performance significantly. The same thing that motivation has effected employee’s performance, significantly. Additionally, both training and motivation, simulataneously, have effected employee’s performance, significantly, too. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It I s then suggested for the next research that other variable such as compensation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. This results may not be applicable in the same line of business. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall maintain and develop the potential of employees by providing a combination of training and motivation in human resourcesopment. The Originality-This is done exclusively for the P.T. ANZ Bank as a single company that may applicable therein.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of external motivation, compensation, and work discipline on emlployes performance both partially and simultaneously at The Hotel Santika Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The sample used was 92 respondents using saturated sampling method. This data collection method uses a questionner that has been tested its vakidity and reliability. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, F test, t test, coefficient conrelation and determination. The result of this study prove that external motivation, compensation, and work discipline are partially and simultaneously have the positive effect on employees’s performance.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to discuss the Cultural Organization, Compensation and Team Cooperation for Employee Performance. The basic concept of Equity Respondents was taken from 100 employees of THE Head office of PT Kimia Farma. Design/methology/approach - The sampling technique uses the roscue sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. Findings- The results of the analysis can conclude that the Cultural Organization, Compensation and Team Cooperation are positive and significant both simultaneously and partially on Work Performance. For organizational culture in the pharmacy chemistry it was approved at 4.248%, compensation 5.704% and team cooperatives at 7.391%. Simultaneously it was found that there was a change of variables altogether together to determine the performance of employees at Kimia Farma Pusat with a contribution of 41.603% where other factors involved but not approved in this study were only dominant at 58.39%. For this reason, Kimia Farma Management must maintain and increase the influence of organizational culture, compensation and opposing teamwork to improve performance so that chemical farma employees work better.

Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to know the influence of leadership, teamwork and discipline work against employee productivity Hotel Fairmont Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The data collected through the questionnaires are then measured by likert scale score with a total of 130 the respondent employees Hotel Fairmont Jakarta. Research using the method of double linear regression to analyze data. Data analysis tools that used this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test), multilinear regression. While the hypotheses testing by F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The results showed a simultaneous leadership, teamwork and discipline work against work productivity. The leadership of the influential positive but not significant toward the work productivity. While teamwork and discipline work a positive and significant effect against work productivity. This result means teamwork and discipline work influenced positively against work productivity and the value is significantly to the productivity of employees. The leaders should pay more attention to the work in accordance with the disciplinary rules of procedures, enhance cooperation towards the better team against employees, and improve the overall results in terms of productivity. Productivity of employees become more efficient if receive effective training.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, promotion and price perception on customer satisfaction. The population used in the research were business owners who were partners at PT. Poultry Kiosk Partner at Kios Poultry. By using purposive sampling it was determined that the sample size was 100 work partners with the criteria of having collaborated with PT. Poultry Kiosk Partner for more than 1 month. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to the 100 partners. Linear regression analysis techniques were carried out to determine the correlation between the variables used. The results of the partial t test show that promotions and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the simultaneous F test shows that brand image, promotion and price perception simultaneously influence customer satisfaction with a large influence of 40.1%.
