Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan anak usia dini yaitu suatu upaya pemberian rangsang dalam membantu perkembangan jasmani dan rohani supaya memiliki kesiapan pada tingkat pendidikan dasar. Pemberian rangsang tersebut diantaranya meliputi aspek motorik, kognitif, bahasa, nilai agama moral, seni, dan sosial emosional. Enam aspek tersebut saling berkaitan, dengan demikian pendidikan yang diberikan harus bersifat menyenangkan supaya anak dapat berkembang sesuai tahapan usianya. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung di salah satu Lembaga TK ABA Landungsari Pekalongan khususnya kelompok B2, TK tersebut terletak di jalan HOS Cokroaminoto gang 13 Landungsari Pekalongan. Sekolah ini merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki prestasi yang cukup baik dan memiliki program pengembangan motorik kasar. Berdasarkan observasi peneliti di kelompok B 2 TK ABA Landungsari Pekalongan ditemukan hasil observasi yaitu dari 18 peserta didik, hanya di temukan 3 peserta didik saja yang sudah mampu berdiri di atas satu kaki dengan kedua tangan merentang tanpa bergoyang dan tanpa saling memegang temannya dengan menggunakan waktu sepuluh hitungan. Selain observasi, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara, berdasarkan hasil wawancara peneliti dengan kepala sekolah ditemukan program pengembengan motorik kasar diantaranya, dengan permainan papan titian, engklek, lompat tali dan senam yang dilaksanakan pendidik untuk membangkitkan semangat anak sebelum belajar, sehingga pengembangan tersebut mampu menguatkan otot-otot besar anak. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Tingkat Pelayanan Hotel Dalam Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Topas Galeria Bandung. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran Kuesioner ( angket terhadap 68 pelanggan yang telah menginap di hotel Topas Galeria Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan secara Probability Sampling dengan metode acak sederhana. Hasil data dianalisis dengan metode Servqual dengan mengukur tingkat 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan Hotel yang memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Wujud Hotel sebesar 82,021%, Keandalan 76,549%, Daya tanggap 81,949%, Kepastian 81,761% dan Empati 75,544%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hotel Topas Galeria dinilai baik dimana pelayanan Hotel telah memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggannya. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Hotel, Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel.

Abstract

Until now Hotel Topas Galeria Bandung included in hotel class have star of 3 wishful boost up the class of midst emulation of the hotel business progressively tighten in globalization era. Dwelling room; chamber storey level is in actual in this time newly reach 70% where Hotel Topas Galeria have the goals equal to 73%. When Hotel Topas Galeria can boost up the Hotel class storey; level and room chamber dwelling storey; level hence expected also can improve earnings. Though Hotel Topas Galeria have done the efforts in permeating the consumer by paying attention the service quality and done activity of promotion hotchpotch but this matter still not yet meanly to grafity the hotel management to storey; level earnings of hotel till now as posed at by room; chamber dwelling storey; level which have been reached (70%). With above reason writer interest to do the research  concerning relation between promotion hotchpotchs (direct marketing and advertisement promotion) with earnings Hotel Topas Galeria. Analysis framework the used in influence and strategy marketing of hotel. Analysis method the used is analysing descriptive and inferensial, with correlation statistical methods and regresi doubled linear which continued with hypothesis test (test t) at real level 1%. Where data collected by using technique  purposive sample for the data of correlation and regresi doubled linear where direct marketing and advertisement promotion used data 68 months from January 1998 until August 2003. Analysis result indicate that the direct marketing and advertisement promotion have the influence each of 91,5% and 86,7% to earnings storey; level Hotel Topas Galeria and significant real level 1%. And so do there are influence of direct marketing and advertisement promotion togetherly to total earnings is, equal to 84,1% is while the rest of 15,9% is influence of other factors be like sales promotion, publication or personal selling and others. Equation regresi doubled linear is Y = -24047,1 + 58,013 X1 – 15,633 X2. After test the hypothesis use the real level 1% known that advertisement promotion really influential significantly to earnings of hotel is while direct marketing of his influence don’t significant to earnings of hotel. For marketing Hotel Topas Galeria more intensively again advertisement promotion and direct marketing better transferred to other marketing technique be like sales promotion with gift of discount, exhibition trade and others.

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, and data collection techniques usingthe method of literature study, field research that is interviews, documentation and includingquestionnaires. The author distributes questionnaires to the respondents of the companiesstudied, namely PT Indoil Energy employees as many as 100 respondents which is the number ofsamples in this study based on the Slovin formula.The research results obtained are job stress has a negative and significant influence on jobsatisfaction. The less work stress experienced by employees, the more positive attitudes arisingfrom employees include feelings and good emotional response behaviors to various aspects ofwork so that employees feel satisfaction at work; Organizational commitment has a positiveinfluence on job satisfaction. The higher organizational commitment that employees have, jobsatisfaction will also increase; Job stress has a positive and significant effect on TurnoverIntention. The more work stress experienced by Indoil Energy employees can be minimized, thelower the employee's intention to change jobs or find work in another organization;Organizational commitment has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention. Thehigher the Organizational Commitment felt by PT Indoil Energy employees, the lower theemployee's intention to change jobs or find work in another organization or the more employeeswant to remain in this organization.Job satisfaction felt by PT Indoil Energy employees has a negative and significant impacton Turnover Intention. Which means the more job satisfaction felt by employees, the TurnoverIntention will also decrease; Job stress has a positive and significant influence on turnoverintention through job satisfaction. The higher the work stress, the more dissatisfied the employeeis at work, so the intention to change work will increase and organizational commitment has anegative and significant influence on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The higherorganizational commitment that employees have, the more satisfied employees are at work so theintention to change jobs will decrease.Suggestions for companies that can be given in this study are management, especially in theleadership, to be able to sort out and adjust the tasks employed by employees in accordance withtheir respective job-desks in order to minimize the task pressure that is too much. PT IndoiilEnergy's management further increases trust in employees with a variety of policies that in thiscompany employees can grow and develop so that employees feel to be part of this companyand the management of PT Indoil Energy to better appreciate and provide work that isincreasingly honing the ability of employees by paying attention to the pressure so that employeescan feel proud and confident about their work. And for further researchers, it is hoped that theresults of this study will be used as a reference for further researchers for others who have beenused in this studyKeywords: Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Brand Image dan Sosial Media Digital Marketingterhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepatu melalui Tokopedia”. Abstract

The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires toemployees of the Production Division of PT. Kujang Fertilizer. The data processing method uses the pathanalysis method with the help of the SPSS 24 program.The results showed that for sub-structure I: Workload directly affects work stress. Leadershipdirectly affects work stress. Research results for sub-structure II: Workload directly affects workproductivity. Leadership directly affects work productivity. Job stress directly affects work productivity.Workload indirectly affects work productivity through work stress.
