Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide provisions for micro, small and medium enterprises in Cingneng Village so that they have the skills and knowledge in developing skills in digital-based sharia marketing practices. Activities carried out are in the form of interactive discussions with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cinangneng Village to find solutions together by introducing modern sharia marketing methods that are easy to understand and easy to use by Cinangneng Village MSMEs, as an effort to improve income. The output target of this community service program is to increase awareness for the people in Cingneng Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency. With qualified knowledge related to modern sharia marketing, it is hoped that the UMKM actors in Cinangneng Village will have the characteristics of a formidable entrepreneur and are ready to compete as well as compete in global business competition and be able to understand digital-based sharia marketing methods.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan pengelolaan akuntansi keuangan berbasis syariah yang berlokasi di Desa Cinangka, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor. Pengenalan ini diberikan kepada perangkat desa khususnya bagian keuangan yang ada di Desa Cinangka, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah banyaknya program-program yang berbasis desa, yang menuntut laporan pertanggungjawaban yang jelas, akuntabel, dan tepat waktu. Metode pelaksanaannya dengan pengenalan dan latihan contoh-contoh bentuk transaksi dan laporan keuangan desa bersama para Kepala Urusan Keuangan Desa dan Kepala Desa. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman para Kepala Urusan Keuangan Desa dan Kepala Desa tentang pengelolaan akuntansi keuangan syariah desa yang benar, sehingga laporan keuangan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, akuntabel, dan tepat waktu. Disarankan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia terutama para Kepala Urusan Keuangan Desa dan Kepala Desa untuk penerapan akuntansi Syariah yang benar serta adanya pendampingan khusus atau pelatihan khusus secara langsung.

Abstract

This community service aims to program the introduction of waqf management. The subject of this community service is the people of Cinangka Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In community service activities are carried out that provide knowledge about waqf management. With the knowledge of waqf management, the community must be able to organize existing human resources to carry out waqf management properly. With this community service, it can be concluded that people who are involved in waqf management will increase their knowledge and welfare and of course will directly add to the insight of the community. In addition, with the existence of a community that organizes its own human resources, it is hoped that it can become an extension in introducing and educating ordinary people to get involved in waqf activities that involve formal institutions in rural areas as well as regional and central government.

Abstract

The Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) as the organizer of national health insurance for all Indonesian people, especially for Civil Servants, TNI/POLRI, Veterans and ordinary people, seeks to improve services to all BPJS Health participants. BPJS Health provides innovation in the development of the Mobile JKN application which is useful for facilitating the services of BPJS Health participants. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze sharia management of the Mobile JKN application, the factors of strengths and weaknesses and whether it has been able to improve services by using the Mobile JKN application at the Health BPJS Bogor City Branch Office. This research is qualitative in nature and the data collection method is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. This data collection method was carried out on respondents, namely the Head of the BPJS Health Membership Section, BPJS Health service staff and BPJS Health participants at the Bogor City Branch office. The analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative and to strengthen and complement the research results the authors add the data provided by the Health BPJS. The results of the study show that the Mobile JKN application has improved the quality of BPJS Health services at the Bogor City Branch Office, in addition to that BPJS Health has provided services that are accepted and benefited by participants. This is in accordance with sharia management which manages the organization to obtain optimal results and obtain blessings from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

Abstract

Payment of wages to agricultural workers in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency is highly dependent on an oral agreement between the wage earner and the wage earner. The payer in this case is the land owner or his representative. Recipients of wages in this case are agricultural laborers. This study aims to determine the system of implementing agricultural labor wages, as well as knowing the views of Islamic law on the payment of agricultural labor wages in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in this study were obtained through observation at the research site, direct interviews with relevant sources in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, as well as literature studies or document studies. The results of this study indicate that the system of wages for farm workers during the rice harvest in 4 villages in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency is that for each farm worker, 5 gedeng of grain are received, so 1 gedeng is given as a wage for farm laborers, 4 gedeng is given to the land owner. In addition, farm workers receive food, drink, coffee and cigarettes. The wage system implemented has fulfilled the requirements in Islamic law.

Abstract

The community service carried out in Malasari Village, Nanggung District, Bogor Regency aims to introduce access to sharia financing. The community is seen as very committed to doing business through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises they have established, however, in situations where they need capital, the community often finds it difficult to get access to financing that does not burden the community, especially getting access to sharia financing. So far, conventional financing has played an active role, which is very active in offering conventional financing from house to house. Conventional financing seems to be an option in the absence of other options. Meanwhile, the government does not seem to understand this ongoing situation. Village-Owned Enterprises, which should be able to empower the community, do not understand their ideal function based on statutory regulations. The introduction of access to sharia financing is quite enthusiastic by the community, however, this enthusiasm needs to be continued with ongoing assistance so that people become accustomed to thinking directly about sharia financing when they need working capital for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise activities.
