Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis potensi diketahui bahwa siswa SMA mempunyai minat yang besar terhadap gadget. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran Androplantae melalui sebuah produk berbasis Android pada materi dunia tumbuhan untuk siswa SMA. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi produk, uji coba skala kecil, revisi desain, uji coba skala luas, revisi produk, dan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan di SMA N 1 Toroh, sedangkan uji coba skala luas dilakukan di SMA N 1 Purwodadi. Data yang diambil adalah penilaian kelayakan aplikasi media pembelajaran Androplantae berbasis Android oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, hasil penilaian produk oleh guru dan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validator ahli media dan ahli materi memberikan penilaian dengan rerata persentase 93% (kriteria sangat layak). Siswa memberi tanggapan dengan persentase 82% (kriteria sangat baik), guru memberi tanggapan dengan persentase 90% (kriteria sangat baik) dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Androplantae berbasis Android layak dan efektif untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran materi dunia tumbuhan untuk siswa SMA. Based on potential analysis told that student have an enormous interest in gadget. This research aims to develop learning media Androplantae through android-based product on plantae content for senior high-school students. The steps start from identification of the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, revision of the product, small-scale trial, revision of the design, large-scale trial, revision of the product, and final product. Small-scale trial conducted in SMA N 1 Toroh, while the large-scale trial conducted in SMA N 1 Purwodadi. The taken data were feasibility of android-based learning media Androplantae by media and content expert, the result of product by teachers and students, and student’s learning result after using the product. The result showed that validator of media and content give an assessment with an average percentage of 93% (very decent). The students’ respond with an average percentage of 82% (very good), teachers’ respond with an average percentage 90% (very good) and student’s learning result achieve classical completeness with 90%. Based on the result of this research we concluded that android-based learning media Androplantae was decent and effective for learning of plantae in senior high-school.

Abstract

This study would analyze the effectiveness of JAS learning with media education card of biodiversity onbiology learning outcome of students at SMAN 1 Limbangan. This is a Quasi-Experimental study byNonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were six classes’ students of grade Xin the odd semester of 2016/2017 academic year. The sample was taken by purposive sampling, X 5 andX 6 as experimental classes and X 2 as the control class. The results of the analysis showed the average ofcognitive learning outcomes in experimental class is 85,42 with learning completeness of 91,89%, whilethe control class is 70.7 with learning completeness of 26.47%. Psychomotor learning outcome ofexperimental classes is 82,43. Affective learning outcome of the experimental class is 74,32. In general,teachers and students also responded very well to apply learning. This study concludes that the NaturalExploration Learning (Jelajah Alam sekitar / JAS, Indonesia) model with the education card is effectivefor learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Limbangan.
