Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kondisi internal siswa, perhatian orang tua, motivasi siswa, tata tertib sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler terhadap karakter siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 siswa di SMK Masehi PSAK Ambarawa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kondisi internal siswa, perhatian orang tua, motivasi siswa, tata tertib sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berpengaruh terhadap karakter siswa (68,9%). Sedangkan secara parsial kondisi internal siswa berpengaruh 10,37% terhadap karakter siswa, perhatian orang tua berpengaruh 20,70% terhadap karakter siswa, motivasi siswa berpengaruh 12,89% terhadap karakter siswa, tata tertib sekolah berpengaruh 10,05% terhadap karakter siswa dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berpengaruh 10,76% terhadap karakter siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the internal condition of the student is there any influence, attention parents, student motivation, school discipline, and extracurricular activities of the student's character either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are 45 students in Vocational High Schools Masehi PSAK Ambarawa. Data analysis methods used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous internal conditions of students, parental attention, motivation of students, school discipline, and extracurricular activities influence the character of the students (68.9%). While partially internal conditions affect students 10.37% of the student's character, parental influence on the character of the students 20.70%, 12.89% students motivation affect the character of the students, the school rules affect 10.05% of the student's character and extracurricular activities affect 10.76% of the student's character.
