Abstract

Kesiapan kerja dipengaruhi oleh adanya pelatihan yaitu dengan dilaksanakannya praktik kerja industri dan prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI akuntansi SMK Nasional Pati  tahun pelajaran 2012/ 2013 secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Nasional Pati tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 sejumlah 144 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Ada pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi terhadap kesiapan kerja secara simultan sebesar 30,01%. Secara parsial pengaruh praktik kerja industry terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 3,76% dan pengaruh prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 4,12%.The work preparation is affected by the implementation of industrial working practices and academic achievement of productive currency accounting. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the industrial working practice and the academic achievement of productive currency accounting on the eleventh grade of accounting students of SMK Nasional Pati job preparation in academic year 2012/2013 simultaneously or partially. The population of this research are 144 eleventh grade Accounting students of SMK NasionalPati academic year 2012/2013. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The sample of this research are 106 students. The data collection is using questionnaire and documentation, the data analysis is using descriptive analysis presentation and double linier regression. There is influence of industrial working practice and academic achievement of productive currency accounting on work preparation simultaneously by 30,01%. The partial effect of industrial working practice on work preparation by 3,76% and academic achievement of productive currency accounting on work preparation by 4,12%.
