<![CDATA[Kegiatan pembelajaran Stenografi di kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Nurul Ulum Lebaksiu belum melibatkan siswa untuk aktif dan mengalami proses belajarnya sendiri. Siswa belum diarahkan untuk melakukan aktivitas belajar yang bervariasi. Hal ini membuat siswa jenuh dan tidak fokus dalam pembelajaran sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Faktor yang diteliti adalah aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I yaitu 66,63 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 60%, sedangkan untuk siklus II nilai rata-ratanya 79,74 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 80%. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa 60% dan siklus II menjadi 95,5%. Berdasarkan hasil di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode ceramah bervariasi dengan model pembelajaran berkelompok tipe NHT (Numbered Head Together) pada mata diklat Stenografi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Nurul Ulum Lebaksiu. Stenography learning activities in class XI Office Administration SMK Nurul Ulum Lebaksiu not involve students for active and experiencing their own learning process. This research is a class act with two cycles, each cycle including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Factors studied were learning activities and student learning outcomes. The results obtained by the average value in the first cycle is 66.63 with classical completeness 60%, while for the second cycle the average value 79.74 with 80% classical completeness.
