Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran sebanyak 39 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of motivation to learn and the discipline of learning to learning achievement in training eye X-class office equipment manage office administration majors SMK Teuku Umar Semarang either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study was a class X students majoring in office administration of 39 students. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation methods. Analysis using descriptive analysis percentages, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and analysis. Multiple regression analysis showed that there was the influence of the effect of learning motivation and learning the discipline of learning achievement in training eye X-class office equipment manage office administration majors SMK Teuku Umar Semarang either simultaneously or partially.
