Abstract

Skripsi dengan judul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Karyawan dan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Rimbo Bujang” ini ditulis oleh Dea Sriutami, NIM 501190265, Jurusan Ekonomi Syari’ah Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi 2023. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi dari kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Bank kepada nasabah. Ada banyak pengaruh yang menjadikan pelayanan BSI Cabang Rimbo Bujang dapat berkualitas, diantaranya dari segi kompetensi karyawan dan etika bisnis Islam yang dimiliki oleh Bank. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara kompetensi karyawan dan etika bisnis Islam tehadap kualitas pelayanan nasabah BSI Cabang Rimbo Bujang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah aktif di BSI Cabang Rimbo Bujang dengan menggunakan teori slovin dengan batas kesalahan 5% didapatkan sampel sebesar 164 responden dengan uji coba sebanyak 30 responden melalui teknik random sampling dan sisanya 134 responden digunakan lagi sebagai uji instrumen penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pengaruh kompetensi karyawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 34,2%, pengaruh etika bisnis Islam terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 65,4%, dan secara simultan kompetensi karyawan dan etika bisnis Islam terhadap kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh sebesar 81,1%.

Abstract

So far, the problems often faced by UMKM are funding problems, and most of their needs are obtained through funding. The development of micro, small and medium enterprises must be reviewed and improved so that problems can be monitored and resolved in a timely manner. Micro, small, and medium enterprises have a strategic role in national economic development, in addition to their role in economic growth and employment. UMKM can be a priority or pillar of a populist economic system that reduces poverty and unemployment, besides that UMKM also plays a role in equitable distribution of development results. So far, the problem that UMKM often face is the problem of funding, and most of their needs are obtained through funding. The development of micro, small and medium enterprises must be reviewed and improved so that if problems arise, they can be monitored and resolved in a timely manner. The problem that is often faced is the situation of entrepreneurs who generally lack working capital loans. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of UMKM growth on economic growth in Jambi province. The research method used is quantitative. The sample used was 33 data. The results showed that the growth of UMKM had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. In testing the classical assumptions of this study, it is normally distributed, not.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge and perception of profit sharing on interest in becoming a customer at a Sharia Bank in the community of Bukit Tigo Village, Singkut District, Sarolangun Regency. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 96 people in Bukit Tigo Village, Singkut District. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests) and multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (t test, F test and coefficient of determination R2) . The results of this research show that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a customer which can be determined using the t test with a significance value of 0.0039 < 0.05 and a tcount > ttable value of 2.092 > 1.98580. Perception of Profit Sharing has a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a customer as evidenced by the significance value of 0.019 < 0.05 and the value and value of tcount > ttable, namely 2.397 > 1.98580. Simultaneously, knowledge and perception have a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a public customer at Sharia Bank which can be seen from the F test, namely fcount > ftable or 5,329 > 3.09 and the resulting significance value is 0.006 < 0.005. The determinant coefficient value is 0.103 or 10.3% and the remaining 0.897 or 89.7% can be explained by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Globalization currently means that human needs and desires continue to develop and are not limited along with the times. Competition in the business world is increasingly difficult in the era of globalization. Economic development causes an increase in product variety. Consumers are satisfied with good service quality, product quality that shows its function and prices that reflect quality. Alfa Studio is able to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by providing professional photographer direction and training by Alfa Studio to attract market attention. Alfa Studio implements a pricing policy that has an impact on consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction.The method used in this research is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is the coefficient of determination test. The sample in this study was 68 samples.Based on the results of the t test on the product quality variable, the significance value is 0.00 > 0.05. then the Price variable with a significance value of 0.002 > 0.05. The significance value for the product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables simultaneously on consumer satisfaction (Y) is 0.00 > 0.05. From the hypothesis test it can be concluded, Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 are accepted, thus all hypotheses are accepted. It is recommended that the people of Merlung, West Tanjung Jabung Regency better understand the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Alfa Studio printing business in Merlung, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. Then in future research, it is hoped that other variables will be added to influence consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The background of this research is the inconsistency in previous research which has different research results. The purpose of this study, in addition to strengthening previous research, is also to determine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio) on Profitability (Return On Assets) in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 6 years, from 2016-2021. The population in this study is 22 companies which are included in the Textile and Garment Sub Sector Manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The sample selection technique used in this study was a purposive sampling method using certain criteria and assessments in order to obtain a sample of 5 companies. In this study, the data analysis method used includes descriptive analysis, panel data regression test and model testing. Data were obtained from financial reports taken on the idx.co.id website or the company's website, then processed using Eviews 12. The results of this study partially show that Current Ratio (CR) has a significant and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Quick Ratio has no effect and is not significant to Return On Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).
