Abstract

Currently, enterprise resource planning (ERP) has been recognized as a foundation for the merging of organization-wide data systems. ERP systems connect all aspects of an organization's business, including accounting, finance, human resources, production, and distribution. They also connect the company to its consumers and suppliers across the many phases of the product's or process' life cycle. Just a few studies have been done on the use of ERP systems on construction sites, particularly for designers, technicians, and workers. the main focus has thus far been on retail businesses, engineering companies, and design firms. The purpose of this study is to conduct research on the effectiveness of ERP systems at contractor sites and, as a result, their implementation status. A wide range of market research, literature reviews, and modified surveys may be used as the methodology. The majority of contractor sites are reported to be aware of ERP systems, although only a small number of organizations have so far implemented such systems. The main reason is that every ERP system adoption requires a significant time, financial, and resource investment. However, if used to solve the right issues, these ERP systems could be a successful tool for business development

Abstract

Building problems are a regular occurrence, particularly in older residential buildings. One of the variables that contribute to a building's bad state is insufficient maintenance management. People are also responsible for the building's poor maintenance, with the authorities in charge of its conservation. The purpose of this study is to support customers and clients in their efforts to raise maintenance standards in Pakistan. This study works on the core ideas of construction management with a focus on using mobile to improve the effectiveness and standard of residential construction. The suggestions and observations included in the conclusions should be taken into account while performing such a task in action. An effective technique to do repairs and maintenance, which are constantly needed in buildings, particularly residential buildings, can be found in mobile applications. This study focuses on how mobile applications can improve work quality and reduce completion times.

Abstract

The world's most polluting industry is the textile industry. in order for such industries to harm the ecology as well. Industries have an impact on biomes, which limits how well plants and animals can breathe. Apart from that, the water discharged by the textile factories contributes to water contamination. Dust, which causes respiratory issues, also affects the workers. The staff are required to adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP). To reduce the impact of the hazards, management should enforce safety standards. By doing this, the environmental pollutants will be removed. Wastewater should be treated using cleaner technology that promotes long-term development in our environment so that the ecosystem may exist without having an impact on the conditions of the environment. This will preserve water for the environment's future. The textile industry need to maintain a focus on worker safety and waste management.
