Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah terhadap mutu SMP Negeri di kabupaten Pemalang serta kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu SMP Negeri di kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kepala SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang dengan jumlah sampel 48 orang. Data yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya meliputi variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dan mutu sekolah. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian adalah: kontibusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebesar 17,6% kontribusi budaya organisasi sebesar 21,1%, kontribusi implementasi MBS sebesar 13,9% dan kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah bersama-sama terhadap mutu SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang sebesar 34,1%. This study aims to analyze the contribution of school leadership , organizational culture and the implementation of school-based management of the quality of Secondary Schools in the district as well as the contribution of school leadership, organizational culture and the implementation of school-based management jointly on the quality of Secondary Schools in the district. The study was conducted at the Head of the Junior High School at all district with a sample of 48 people. Data were extracted using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability variables include school leadership, organizational culture, implementation of school-based management and school quality. Engineering analysis using regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results of the study are: principal leadership respected contribution of 17.6 % contribution of organizational culture by 21.1 % , contributing 13.9% MBS implementation and contribution of school leadership, organizational culture and the implementation of school-based management together to quality Junior High School in 34.1 % of all district.
