Abstract

Every entrepreneurial development certainly experiences capital difficulties. Capital lending transactions, sharia principles can affect business development. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the Mudharabah contract in entrepreneurial development in Kedungturi village and to introduce more deeply about the sharia contract, namely the Mudharabah contract. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research on the role of the Mudharabah contract have a lot of influence on the development of entrepreneurship in the village of Kedungturi so that of course entrepreneurs who want to develop a business but cannot because of limited capital, the role of this mudharabah contract can help to develop a business into a big business. ABSTRAK Setiap pengembangan wirausaha tentu mengalami kesulitan modal. Transaksi pinjam modal, prinsip syariah bisa berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan usaha. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui peran akad Mudharabah dalam pengembangan wirausaha di desa Kedungturi dan mengenalkan lebih dalam mengenai akad dalam syariah yaitu akad Mudharabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian peran akad Mudharabah ini memberikan pengaruh yang banyak terhadap pengembangan wirausaha di desa kedungturi sehingga pastinya para wirausahawan yang ingin mengembangkan suatu usaha tetapi tidak bisa karena adanya keterbatan modal maka dengan adanya peran akad mudharabah ini bisa membantu untuk mengembangkan suatu usahanya menjadi usaha yang besar.Kata kunci: Akad mudharabah, Pengembangan, Wirausaha

Abstract

This article describes the role of zakat in poverty alleviation. Education in the obligation of zakat can be gleaned from curiosity to give, berinfak and give up some of its property as evidence of compassion for fellow human beings. In the social field, the charity, the poor group can play a role in his life, acted upon its obligations to God, for helping zakat and sadaqah given by people who are able. With the zakat Similarly, people who are not able to feel that they are part of the community members, not the wasted and underestimated. In the economic field, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in a few hands only, and obliges the rich to redistribute wealth to the group of the family fortune and destitute. So, zakat also serve as a potential source of funds for poverty reduction. Zakat can also serve as working capital for the poor to be able to open up employment opportunities, so they can earn and be able to meet their daily needs harinya.ipetik of curiosity giving, berinfak and give up some of its property as evidence of compassion for fellow human beings.
