<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Wonosobo secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Wonosobo yang berjumlah 23 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 20,34 %, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 28,31 %, dan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 48,3 %.The purpose of this study was to determine influence of labor discipline and work climate one performance economic/accounting teachers in State High School in Wonosobo regency either simultaneosly or partially. This research is a quantitative research. The population in the study is all economic/accounting teachers in State High School in Wonosobo regency which amounts to 23 teachers. This method of data collection questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and the percentage of multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that there is a partial influence of the labor discipline on the economic/accounting teachers performance at 20,34%, there is a partial effects between work climate on the economic/accounting teachers performance at 28,31%, there is simultaneous influence among labor discipline and work climate on the economic/accounting teachers performance at 48,3%.]]>
