Specifically, educational setting effects to development of character in third-grade pupils at SDN 101213 Baringin. An empirical quantitative research methodology was applied. Questionnaires for observation and documentation were used as data collecting approaches. The traditional assumption test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test are analysis techniques employed (R2). The impact of the school environment on character and the existence of this relationship are positively and significantly related. This should be the instructor's first priority in terms of leading, managing, and caring for the kids.

Abstract

Bruner's learning theory is a student-centered discovery learning model. This study aims to determine the application of Bruner's theory in improving student mathematics learning outcomes. This study used qualitative research methods. Students learn through active engagement with concepts and principles, and teachers encourage students to gain experience by engaging in activities that allow them to discover concepts and principles for themselves. In using Brunner's theory in geometric learning it can be said to be successful because it helps students to understand and recognize the parts of geometric shapes and geometric materials. Based on these results, it means that the application of Bruner's theory can improve student learning outcomes in elementary school geometric learning.

Abstract

Increasing interest in reading must start with self-motivation in reading so that it can trigger the importance of reading for students and society. This study aims to determine the efforts made by the class teacher to increase the reading interest of class III A students at SD Negeri 105268. This research was conducted using the qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the teacher had made several efforts to increase students' interest in reading, namely by retelling what students read, giving books according to their interests, giving gifts in the form of books, and doing literacy every hour of learning. So, it is necessary to carry out more varied activities to increase students' interest in reading by making in-depth observations about students' habits and something that attracts their attention.
