Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap semangat kerja guru di SMK Administrasi Perkantoran sekabupaten Kendal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Administrasi Perkantoran sekabupaten Kendal yang berjumlah 264 guru dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 159 guru yang didapat dari rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner  dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari kompensasi, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap semangat kerja guru yaitu sebesar 63,5%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial variabel kompensasi yaitu sebesar 45,97%, komunikasi internal sebesar 53,73%, dan lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 44,09%.The purpose of this research are knowing the influence of compensation, internal communication, and physical work environment simultaneously and partially to the teacher’s work spirit in Vocational School of Office Administration in Kendal Regency. Population of this research were all of teachers in Vocational School of Office Adminitration in Kendal Regency as many as 264 teachers and samples that incuded were 159 teachers from Slovin formula. Collecting data method in this research used quetionnaire and documentation. Analysis data method used persentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test analysis. Percentage of compensation influence, communication internal, and physical work environment simultaneously to the teacher’s work spirit is 63.5%. Whereas partially influence of compensation variable is 45.97%, intenal communication is 53.73%, and physical work environment is 44,09%.
