Abstract

The development of technology and digitalization affects various aspects of life, including in the business world. Competition in the business world is getting tighter, so the right product innovation and development strategy is needed to improve the company's competitiveness. Therefore, this research was conducted to understand product innovation and development strategies that can help improve the competitiveness of companies in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to analyze product innovation and development strategies that can improve the competitiveness of companies in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through documentation studies. The data was then analyzed descriptively with content analysis techniques. The results showed that product innovation and development strategies carried out by companies in the digital era include the use of information and communication technology, product research and development, collaboration with other parties, and product diversification. These product innovation and development strategies are considered effective in increasing the company's competitiveness in the digital era

Abstract

English is an important language to master today, so English needs to be taught to children from an early age. However, in teaching English as a second language, various materials are needed that facilitate understanding, one of which is authentic material. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using authentic material in teaching English as a second language. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach supported by documentation methods for data collection. The results showed that the use of authentic material in teaching English as a second language is very effective, considering that English needs to be taught to students from an early age. Thus, the need for various teaching methods that need to be done so that English can be understood, one of which is authentic material, because this authentic material is related to real events that occur to students, authentic material is easier for students to understand and accept.

Abstract

The development of digital communication technology has changed the marketing paradigm, with WhatsApp Business becoming one of the popular platforms companies use to interact with customers. Effective marketing techniques such as those developed by Dewa Eka Prayoga, a well-known practitioner in the field of marketing, have become a concern in efforts to increase consumer engagement. This research aims to investigate the role of WhatsApp Business in increasing consumer engagement by applying Dewa Eka Prayoga marketing techniques. This research focuses on understanding the extent to which WhatsApp Business and Dewa Eka Prayoga's marketing techniques can increase consumer interaction and engagement. This research uses a quantitative research method with data collection using a questionnaire. The respondents were randomly selected from the target population of WhatsApp Business users who have used the Dewa Eka Prayoga marketing technique. The questionnaire was structured based on consumer involvement dimensions and the effectiveness of marketing techniques, and it was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. This research analysis shows that WhatsApp Business significantly increases consumer engagement when applied with the Dewa Eka Prayoga marketing technique. The high level of interaction between companies and consumers via WhatsApp Business positively influences consumer perceptions, as well as increases the level of consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This research concludes that WhatsApp Business is an effective tool for increasing consumer engagement when used together with Dewa Eka Prayoga's marketing techniques. Companies can use this platform to strengthen consumer relationships, expand marketing reach, and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik umumnya merupakan bagian dari manajemen personalia. Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik bertujuan untuk menciptakan bagaimana pendidik berpartisipasi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan sebagai pendidik dengan tugas tertentu. SMP Islam Terpadu Cirebon merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang cukup berkembang dan salah satu faktor pendukungnya adalah manajemen Tenaga Pendidik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan di sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Proses rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SMPIT Ibnu Khaldun Cirebon dilakukan langsung oleh kepala sekolah dengan pendampingan dari Waka Kurikulum serta pihak yayasan. Dalam perekrutan tenaga pendidik baru perlu diperhatikan beberapa aspek, terutama mengingat kondisi dan kebutuhan sekolah, calon guru yang akan diangkat harus memiliki pendidikan S1. 2) Proses seleksi calon guru SMPIT Ibnu Khaldun Cirebon dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yang pertama adalah pengajuan, yang kedua adalah ujian tulis dan lisan pada bidang profesi yang dimiliki calon guru, dan proses terakhir adalah penerimaan calon guru tersebut. yang memenuhi persyaratan. 3) Penempatan Pendidik di SMPIT Ibnu Khaldun Cirebon. Proses selanjutnya adalah menempatkan tenaga pendidik dengan cara diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan yang kurang dimiliki oleh sekolah yaitu menempatkannya pada bidang yang akan menjadi keahlian tenaga pendidik baru tersebut.
