<![CDATA[Minat belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah kompetensi profesional guru dan iklim sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal diperoleh informasi bahwa minat belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran produktif AP masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui :(1) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap minat belajar siswa (2) pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar (3)  pengaruh kompetensi professional guru dan iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar (4) besarnya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X AP. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y=12,934+0,134X1+0,213X2. Hasil uji parsial dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh thitung untuk variabel kompetensi profesional guru (X1) diperoleh thitung = 2,065,dengan probabilitas 0,043 < 0,05. Hal ini berati ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara X1 terhadap Y. thitung untuk variabel iklim sekolah (X2) diperoleh thitung sebesar 2,529, dengan probabilitas 0,014 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dan minat belajar. Uji secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 39,4%, dengan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti secara simultan ada pengaruh antara kompetensi profesional guru dan iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kompetensi profesional guru dan iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. The population of this study were all students of class X AP. Data collection method used is the questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis, descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classic assumption test. Based on multiple linear regression obtained by the equation: Y = 12.934 + 0.134 X1 + 0.213 X2. Partial assay results obtained by using the t test for variables thitung professional competence of teachers (X1) obtained thitung = 2.065, with a probability of 0.043 <0.05. This means there is a significant effect between X1 to Y. thitung for school climate variables (X2) thitung obtained at 2.529, with a probability of 0.014 <0.05. This means that there is significant influence between school climate and interest in learning. Test Simultaneously obtained F hitung by 39.4%, with a probability of 0.000 <0.05, which means there is simultaneously effect of the professional competence of teachers and school climate for interest in learning.]]>
