Disiplin Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Lingkungan Keluarga merupakan faktor-faktor keberhasilan dalam mencapai prestasi belajar yang maksimal. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 76% siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Kudus hasil belajarnya masih dibawah KKM yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 73. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Kudus Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014, dengan siswa berjumlah 280 untuk itu diambil sampel berjumlah 73 dengan sistem random yaitu diambil secara random sampling, penelitian dilakukan dengan pembagian instrumen yang berupa angket/kuisioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 37,1%, motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 32%, lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh terhadap presatsai belajar sebesar 29 %, dan ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan dibuktikan nilai F = 83,339 dan signifikansi = 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa disiplin belajar, motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.Learning discipline, learning motivation, and family environment are the factors to achieve the maximum students’ learning achievement. The problem of this study was 76% of the tenth grade students in SMA N 2 Kudus had learning achievements which were under the KKM. The subject of the study was the tenth grade students of SMA N 2 Kudus in the academic year 2013/2014. The population of the study was 280 students and the sample of the study was 74 students. Sample was chosen by using random sampling. The instrument of the study was questionnaire which consisted. The result of the study obtained that learning discipline had influence toward learning achievement as 37.1%, learning motivation had influence toward learning achievement as 32%, and family environment had influence toward learning achievement as 29%. The three variables had significant influence toward learning achievement by the F value = 83.339 and the significance = 0.000. Based on the result of the study it could be concluded that learning discipline, learning motivation, and family environment influenced significantly toward students’ learning achievement.
