Abstract

Even in a company and organization that manages their human resources well, turnover will still occur which might cause losses such as the loss of experienced employees. Therefore companies and organizations try to minimize their losses by keeping the employees turnover intention low. Some factors that affect turnover intention are organizational culture and organizational commitment. This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on turnover intention with organizational commitment as mediating variable at PT. Sumber Manis Trans. This research was conducted at PT Sumber Manis Trans with number of samples taken as many as 46 employees and using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found organizational culture has a negative and significant effect turnover intention, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment is a mediating variable from the influence of quality of work life. on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment through mediation of job satisfaction in KSU Mitra Sejahtera employees. The population used in this study were 42 employees of KSU Mitra Sejahtera. The research sample was determined as many as 42 people with saturated sampling method. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to KSU Mitra Sejahtera employees and analyzed using arithmetic average descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of the data analysis stated that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction played a partial mediation for the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran komitmen organisasional dalam memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap intensi keluar perawat. Penelitian dilakukan pada perawat Rumah Sakit XYZ Bandung. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 98 orang, yang diambil menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi keluar perawat. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional perawat. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi keluar perawat. Hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh stres kerja terhadap intensi keluar perawat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan teori tindakan beralasan serta kaitannya dengan variabel penelitian. Hasil ini memberi gambaran bahwa dengan komitmen organisasional yang cukup dapat menekan tingkat stres kerja perawat sehingga intensi keluar perawat juga dapat menurun.
